Purchased two windows 32x20. Both were excellent quality. If they have your size don't bother looking elsewhere you won't be disappointed. I purchased two other windows not from this seller and the quality was horrible. Wish this seller made made a 31x20 window. Again, nice window.

It's useable and we're stuck because of builders' timeline. The screen portion was not attached, came apart easily. The structure didn't have any was to install it into the wood, like most windows do. The builder had to do a makeshift epoxy sealant around the frame to make it stay in the hole built for the window. ... show more

It came in 2 days late, but that's okay, we had rain. It was well packaged and nothing was broke. This is for new installation. I needed it to replace my very old basement windows. This did work. We had to trim the lip for it to fit the window frame. Now that we know what we're doing, we will get a smaller window and shimmy it to fit. It is a very nice window and now I can open my windows and get some air in the basement. Our installation was not straight forward due to the fact I have an old house with brick and cement, and metal framing. But we made it fit and it is a nice replacement. ... show more

So far so good. I installed this window yesterday. Slides smoothly, seems weather tight and I was impressed with the finish. The inside and outside corners had been smoothed down to the point of not needing to be shaved/cut down in order to fit flat in the opening . every other vinyl window I’ve installed ( which are many ) needed 10-15 minutes of preparation. ... show more
