Amazon had exactly what I needed. I could not find a window this particular size anywhere locally and I definitely couldn't expect to pay the price I did for this window. When it arrived it was very well packaged with plenty of Styrofoam keeping the window safe and secure. It didn't take me that long to get it out of the box but my concerns over the window being broken during shipment were unfounded. The dimensions of the window were exactly as stated. I personally removed the nailing flange from my installation to make it easier. I didn't realize that the sliding window sash could be completely removed as easily as it is able to be. It was an accident that I found that out when I was messing with the window but it is a handy feature so I don't have to go outside to clean it if I need to. Installation of the window was straightforward other than me removing the nailing flange. I shot a few screws in through the sides and used great stuff window and door foam as well as window and door caulk. What you see is what you get. Excellent product.

Broken latch, first pic. Seal falling apart, second pic. Very flimsy, there is a more than 1/2” gap sideways causing the sash to come out of the track, see last video.
