The bag does its job. It's a little uncomfortable on your shoulders if you put too much stuff in the bag, but it looks nice and does its job. The material and zipper don't feel premium but it doesn't feel dirt cheap either. You get what you pay for.

I love this bag because it has space for my pretty big laptop and a couple books. It gets bulky easily in the pockets and wont hold a water bottle. My main problem is that at the bottom corners of the bag there are growing holes due to my laptop tearing through the pretty weak fabric. I will still be using it because it's very versatile for my needs as a student and looks nice when you wear it. Actually got this a couple years ago. Holds up well over time. Still looks mostly the same as when I bought it. Obviously with it being white its gotten a bit dirty and its hard to get stains out but thats not the fault of the product and is how any white material will be.
