I like this set a lot, but it didn’t come with ANY seller information or instructions. If you’re brand new to pickleball like I am, it would have been nice to know more details about what I’m actually getting: for example, the balls included are called “outdoor balls” because they have more small holes to cut down on drag in windy conditions. They play faster than “indoor balls,” and are appropriate for different court surfaces. It also would have been great to have an insert with seller info showing me warranty information, product materials, how to reach them for questions or quality concerns, or where to order another set. I see in their Amazon seller profile they sell other sets with adorable designs, as well as nets. It feels really impersonal when I receive an item that tells me nothing about who the seller is. The included drawstring bag is pretty flimsy and the plain black is mismatched in comparison to the bubblegum 60s paddles. Would it have killed them to make a white version? It’s fine, but again feels like they missed an opportunity to make a set that feels like it belongs together. In my first tests, I like that these have a wider “sweet spot” compared to ping pong paddles, a much more comfortable grip, but without the weight of a tennis racquet. Super approachable even if your upper body strength isn’t great, and a big enough surface area that you can hit the ball even if your reflexes aren’t stellar. And they are REALLY bouncy paddles. I had way too much fun just bouncing the ball inside my apartment. xD The product page seems like a bunch of gibberish designed to pack in as many buzzwords as possible, without focusing on the important info: These paddles are fiberglass, which CAN be a great choice for beginners because it’s very durable and allows more powerful shots, but has some drawbacks you should be aware of. Graphite is the other popular option that is more expensive, is a bit more stiff, and apparently provides better control. Graphite can also apparently be lighter weight, so if you are playing with younger children or seniors who might have trouble holding this paddle, you might look into that instead. However, this set feels quite light to me and appropriate for my family’s needs! I cannot comment much on the approval by USA Pickleball, other than to say I do see several Vinsguir paddles approved for tournament play in the database as of 9/17/2023. The VG-06 entry doesn’t have an image attached, but VG-06 is printed on each of these paddles as the model name. It seems safe to assume that you could use them for competition. Will update as I’m able to play more with my family!

I must say, these are some of the cutest pickleball paddles I've seen! They're lightweight, easy to handle, and great for beginners. My three little kids can use them too! The drawstring bag isn't the sturdiest pickle ball bag I own, nor have seen, however it works just fine for the two paddles and balls. I would not advise putting much else in there. I think this would make a great gift as well! I would recommend this set for sure!! Thanks and I hope that helps! -Katie G.

These are excellent beginner paddles. Not only do they offer a good feel as you hit the ball, it offers one of the widest paddles I've seen. So if you're new to paddle sports and need some work on hand eye coordination, this would be a great advantage while learning the coordination. Even then, the paddle isn't so beginner-esque that you wouldn't be able to continue using it for a while until you reach intermediate level.

I love these paddles! I got them for my mom for her birthday, and she let me try them out with her. They are lightweight and durable, easy to grip. They are also really cute with a fun design giving them a little extra pizzaz. These would make a great gift for someone interested in pickle ball. So far, my mom says they've held up great and she loves them. Highly recommend.
