To be honest, the dimensions are listed, so it’s not their fault it is smaller than expected. At the same time, the pictures make it seem like it has more room than it does. The file cabinets are sized nicely and the two smaller drawers are decent for getting stuff out of my main drawer. But the other shelves are too small to be functionally useful. It took an hour to put together, and the instructions were mostly easy to follow, but could be a little more clear. The fact that all four drawers are keyed differently is extremely annoying, and they should be keyed the same. In any case, I guess it does provide for some additional “security.” For the what it is, I think it could or should be a little cheaper, but I don’t regret the purchase. ... show more

The first box delivered was bashed up and many pieces were damaged. But when I reached out to the seller, they sent a speedy replacement at no extra charge and didn't require me to return the damaged one. Although it did take about 3 hours to assemble, there were no problems with alignment of the parts and no missing parts! It is a quality product, very sturdy and drawers & locks work smoothly. The finish is really nice and it doesn't look cheap. The castors are a big plus as it is a heavy, solid item and moving it around is easy on the wheels. It's a great value for the price. Although this cabinet is a real bear to put together, several hours at best, it looks very nice once done. I was looking for a cabinet that was not too deep so it would fit into a specific spot and this cabinet was perfect. Only time will tell how long and how well it lasts as with anything. I had to reach out to customer service who is following up on my complaint that the lock system did not fit in the holes and the handles would not screw on tight enough, possibly wrong size screws. And yes, it is a nightmare to put together mostly because of the time it takes to do so. Just read the instructions carefully, watch the video and use some common sense and a whole lot of patience. I’m a 70 year-old woman and I put it together myself, except with the unwilling, help from my husband who basically only held a few pieces together for me and tightened a couple screws. ... show more

This filing cabinet was perfect for the area and for all my needs. The instructions was very easy to follow, not complicated at all. I was a little leery at first because so many people complained about the time it took them to put it together and how the instructions were not clear. I watched the video prior to putting it together, laid out all my pieces and followed the instructions. Very EASY!! It is a little time consuming, but it’s expected, so make sure you take out at least 3-4 hours of your day to put together. I had a problem with one of the locks not working, reached out to the seller, they responded within 3 days and sent out a new one within 3-4 days. Love the color and just the right amount of storage space for a small space. Lousy instructions and workmanship for the price. Some holes were drilled improperly and some screws were not the correct size for the step needed. Got to the last step to find out the instructions tells you to put the tracks on the wrong way on one of the large drawers. Crappy drawings in the steps. The drawers don’t fit securely, but the locks work. I would not recommend this item for someone wanting something easy to put together. ... show more

I wanted this printer stand for its size and the fact that it had locking file cabinets included. It was a bit much to assemble, but not too difficult, just time consuming. Very solid construction and it looks very nice. I would definitely recommend.

I just wanted to say, I really liked this cabinet and would be very likely to buy from this company again. It took some time but the cabinet came together nicely. All the pieces fit together snuggly and firmly. It's tight and sturdy and should last me years to come. If I could change one thing is to have all four locks open with the same key, instead of 4 separate keys, although for some, this might be ideal. ... show more
