All the pieces fit together snuggly and firmly. It's tight and sturdy and should last me years to come. Somewhat complicated to put together, and the color on screen doesn't match what you get. There's a lot more "red" than "walnut" in this. It was put together before I could view the color against the other furniture, so too late to return it. It's sturdy, though, and I'll find some way to use it. The build quality is fine. It's fairly sturdy. My issue is that each of the 4 locking drawers have a different key. Seriously. 4 separate keys, each working for only 1 the locks. If I knew that before I assembled, I would have returned it.

To be honest, the dimensions are listed, so it’s not their fault it is smaller than expected. At the same time, the pictures make it seem like it has more room than it does. The file cabinets are sized nicely and the two smaller drawers are decent for getting stuff out of my main drawer. But the other shelves are too small to be functionally useful. It took an hour to put together, and the instructions were mostly easy to follow, but could be a little more clear. The fact that all four drawers are keyed differently is extremely annoying, and they should be keyed the same. In any case, I guess it does provide for some additional “security.” For the what it is, I think it could or should be a little cheaper, but I don’t regret the purchase. ... show more

This was the perfect addition to our office. Love the 2 extra filing cabinets and that lock. That is exactly the room we needed for all our files. It moves easily, even with the weight of the filing cabinets full. It is on wheels that have locks to help keep it in place once situated. There is additionally 2 extra drawers that lock as well. Its clean and a nice white wood. It is not white washed wood, for reference. It is just white. Make sure you ABSOLUTELY read through all the directions before assembly. It is very easy to skip ahead and think you understand but the slots underneath the panels for the locks have to be put on a certain way.... this did cause me to have to disassemble quite a bit to get it right.
