I contacted the seller about this and they said it was a typo about the solid tires and they were correcting the listing (as of today the listing still says solid tires). Ordered this specific wagon because the description stated solid tires. We live at a place that has mesquite and cactus so pneumatic tires will not work. When we received the wagon it did not come with solid tires.
