Arrives in two separate shipping which was great because it took sometime to put the frame together. Be alert for the bottom shelf if not assembled on correct side you have to disassemble and let's say it's frustrating. Inserting the heating unit was simple. This is a very nice item. It took about 90 minutes to put together (with one bolt not threading properly - but it wasn't a support connection so it wasn't a disappointment). It's sturdy and the heater looks really nice. There are different color options for the "fire". I'm happy with this purchase. Fits in well with my industrial look of my home.

You could spend more money on a much better unit, but for the price I think this one is just fine for what it is intended for. It does take quite awhile to put together, and the instructions aren't the best. But it went together easy enough if you have any knowhow of putting together things like this. On my order, they shipped the fireplace separate, without letting me know, so I had to contact their customer service thinking that the insert was forgotten. They were quick to respond through email, letting me know what happened. That is the only reason that I'm giving it 4 stars.

This looks great once put together, really not that hard to put together at all. It really puts out good heat and the changing colors of the flames is awesome!

This fireplace comes in about 100 pieces takes a long time to figure out sorting. The instructions were off a bit how to drill own holes and I had to figure out new holes to drill in it too before putting it together other than that it works great looks good. I love it.
