This was well worth the money. It did take a couple of hours to assemble, however, all the components were inside the box. It came in 2 shipments. First the stand then the fire place. It was a great investment for my 65 inch tv! I love the fact I can change colors of the fire. You can also use just the flame if you don't require the heat components. Love this! Looks great at night!

My husband has zero motivation to put anything together, this was the first time he put anything together and had absolutely no fighting with the product. So one, THANK YOU FROM A WIFE WHO HAS NEVER WITNESSED SUCH EASY INSTALLATION!! Next soke reported the fireplace didn't fit in the frame, it was the first focus for us, FITS 100%. I am so happy with this product, thank you for not living up to the bad reviews! 5stars from this household!

The media could not be loaded. It says it takes 2 people 2 hours to assemble. It took 3 of us 6 hours to assemble. We had missing parts . My 50" tv looks to fit barely on thr top. However, both units were delivered promptly.

So I’ve had this for about two months and I love it. It’s in my office, and the morning when I get in, being able to turn it on and go heat up my small room better than anything else I’ve had. But what I really appreciate what this customer service has done like I could not find my directions. I don’t know if I just did not see it in the box or if we just was in the box so I don’t know, but I send a message, in less than two days. I get the directions emailed to me, whereas I was able to use that and get the shelf set up. The only thing that was off was fireplace wasn’t able to be attached. It slides in and it doesn’t look weird, but it was a slightly too small for the cut out right, well today I get some more directions in the mail and they had sent us an attachment so that way we’d be able to attach your heaters to our bookshelf and make them secure. Wasn’t expecting it, but I really appreciate it. I wasn’t picking and I wasn’t letting it bother me or anything cause really unless you kick the screen forward, you wouldn’t have known it’s loose, but I appreciate the attention to detail.

Took a while to build but beyond that the piece looks great. The fireplace has different settings for heat and the color of the flames. Cool buy for the price.
