I had a handheld bidet in my old place but in the new place I cannot install it. This is a perfect for my needs though I could prefer a less aggressive stream on a full charge. Fully charged the low setting can feel like needles around your move sensitive areas. I don't need a pressure wash, just a good spritz. I think I would also prefer a circular stream from more spray holes as opposed to the 3 inline. I think it just generates too much pressure but nonetheless I use it every time I go. I have learned to charge it for only about 10-15min. it lasts for months and the battery is low enough that it does not cause discomfort. ... show more

We have had at home bidets for several years and have DREADED using facilities out of the home whether traveling, at work, running around town or camping. I was skeptical of the idea of a portable bidet being worthwhile or practical. Finally I couldn't stand it any longer and started doing comprehensive reviews. This baby seemed to tick all the boxes (even surpassing big name brands like Toto and Brondell), so I decided to give it a try. Well, it did not disappoint! Easy to pack in a bag, fill with warm water in sink, easy to maneuver into working position, but best of all is the power of the spray in this little gem. The low setting is powerful enough for most jobs, but the high power rivals our BioBidet 2000 at home, no kidding! Yes, the water container attachment included is about 1/3 of what is needed, but it does enough to make me not regret being at home when the deed is done and is expected in a portable kit. Also, with any sized bottle being attachable, this can be solved, although not as convenient. It worked so well I bought another for my wife and she no longer has anxiety about getting clean when not at home. Also, an awesome price for the quality of the spray. ... show more

After trying out multiple (non-powered) bidets, I gave in and bought this. I should have bought this sooner. Perfect pressure, with the high setting. One star is taken out only because the default bottle is small. I haven't tried connecting other bottles yet.

I can’t say enough good things about this travel bidet. Lightweight, easy to use and effective! We travel more than not and we always hate not having our bidet on trips. My husband suggested looking for a travel bidet (I didn’t know they existed) and I’m so glad we took a chance on this one! It has two different spray strengths and is easy to refill, clean and store. Pros: - One of the only usb c rechargeable bidets out there (the insolife is the other one) - Entire system packs down into an overall more compact form factor*** (the actual pump itself is twice the size of the insolife) - Has a wider range of compatibility with other bottles than the insolife. The insolife was only compatible with evian water bottles and the one it comes with. - Might be easier to position the wand for some people? - Materials that are used are most likely less prone to molding than the insolife. However, they are harder plastics, and could be ultimately more prone to cracking if packed too tightly into a suitcase. Cons: - There is only one water stream option available, and it is **barely** stronger than the insolife. - Pump does NOT automatically turn off when it's exhausted the water supply. Will continue to attempt to pump an empty water supply until you manually turn it off. The insolife has a shutoff sensor. - The water runs out way too quickly. Barely enough time to find the sweet spot, and I couldn't get an overall thorough cleaning. The insolife's included water bottle supply lasted ~2.5x as long. - Although the pumping mechanism is TWICE the overall size as the insolife, the water stream strength is negligibly stronger. - Prone to splash back, due to the difficulty of angling the device. My entire week of using the device I would consistently have to wipe down the wand due to how wet it would get after use. My insolife rarely runs into splash back troubles. Your mileage will probably vary - The USB C charging port is recessed, so it was difficult to fit my other usb-c cables into the charging port. I was basically forced to used the included USB-A to USB-C cable to charge the device, which I found annoying. I did a direct comparison where I shot both of them together side by side and the insolife has an overall more focused water stream, which provided me a consistently more thorough cleaning. The vikken DOES indeed shoot the water about ~8" further when both of the devices were angled at 45 degrees side by side and pumping at the maximum setting, but specifically the water stream seems to be less "focused" so it couldn't clean as effectively. This is a super rudimentary diagram, but imagine this scenario of the device pointing to your rear: Water stream is less focused, more coverage but less "pressure washing" ability: ||< (( Water stream is more focused, less coverage, but able to "pressure wash" a spot more effectively: ||= (( I sincerely appreciated how the device could collapse into a more compact form factor overall, but it just runs out of water too quickly and it can't seem to focus the stream strongly enough to clean myself. ... show more

Updated review: 12.12.2023 the customer service reached out and provided a replacement unit. Great customer support! It is still working and working well. I am not using it as frequently as the last unit. I am adding stars to the rating because of how good the service is and hope the unit continues to work as well as it does now. When this worked it was fantastic. The problem is that it stopped working suddenly and there’s not an option to contact the seller. I bought it on Oct 20 and it worked for exactly 13 days of use before it stopped. It was still charging but won’t turn on. The price point was pretty high for something that won’t last even 2 weeks of use. ... show more
