This desk is great. It was the exact size we were looking for to fit this nook in my daughter's room. She and I put it together ourselves in probably about an hour, maybe an hour and a half. The directions were mostly good. I put one piece on backwards and had to take a few pieces off to flip it around, but because of the way it's put together, doing so was relatively easy. The desk itself feels solid, the drawers slide nicely. My daughter wants to change out the drawer pulls, and we mat do that at some point, but we both agree it looks fine for now. I’m assembling it now over 2 days. It’s been relaxing. I’m following directions carefully so no frustrations. It’s sturdy with gliding drawers. Nothing sloppy or cheap about it. It does get heavier as it is put together. I’m a 74 year old woman so may need help before I finish.

Desk is exactly as pictured. Came with all parts, no damage and was very easy to assemble. I finished it in about an hour and a half but it could easily be done in an hour. I'm happy with my purchase.

This desk was supposed to arrive on Wednesday the earliest, it came on Monday (2 days earlier!!!) so happy! Package was super heavy to lift and It did come in a million pieces, took me about an hour and 15 to build it all. All I needed was a Phillips head screw driver! This desk is great! It was easy to assemble other than the drawers. Those were a challenge! Everything is lettered and numbered and the directions are easy to follow (other than the drawers. If we understood the shorthand for left and right, top and bottom we would have been better off). It’s very sturdy and is finished on the back. Update: after owning this product for about 14 months I can share with you that I'm extremely disappointed. Note that my review is after having the product and using it for several months. It is falling apart. It sits in an unused room, and get used a few times a week. It's extremely disappointing, find a better quality desk. Pros Easy to put together Bright white in color Good storage with two drawers Large desktop area Large chair area Cons Drawers are a bit askew Some of the pieces aren't well assembled (the ones that were already assembled in the package) While this desk isn't a top of the line price-wise, it definitely isn't a cheaper one. I was hoping it would look really nice. Unfortunately no matter what the drawers don't seem to be square within the hole. There's really no adjustment for this, and this is a direct issue with manufacturing. I also noticed on the side pieces where the legs and the panel are glued together that they are a little bit crooked. Since I haven't put it together I definitely won't be returning it but I would definitely not recommend it to someone else. ... show more
