After three months I have found it looses its ability to keep from lowering itself to the bottom.not something I would expect from a chair rated at 300lbs. Some issues with a assembly the instructions could more clear with more clear pictures, appears to be fairly comfortable.

Comfortable chair and worked great for the first 6 months. Unfortunately now the hydraulic won’t stay in the up position and constantly have to raise it back up about once an hour.

Worth every penny! Not easy to assemble because you have to make sure every screw is tight and on the right place. Other than that it will be worth it. This chair and the customer service to go with it are awesome! Chair is so easy to put together. Written and pictorial instructions are easy to follow. I ordered 1 chair and it came without the screw kit. The company was quick to send me a replacement kit and was so great to work with that I bought another chair. Leg rest doesn’t work as one side was bolted with the logo where the hole was supposed to be. Other then that my son absolutely loves his gaming chair.
