The video don't Zoom so ones again sorry for my last review now I have to learn how to work the green screen ok I was filming this camera says 4K it only films in 2K . And when if you try to zoom while Filming It don't work when filming anything it should zoom in and out that mean it is not even oh yeah you can't change the password if you can't change the password you camera can be hacked and pictures and videos can and will be Stolen if you want to use this camera for live feeds view the video . If you think It is because the lap has a camera let let me tell you a secret it don't work on desktops either I tried it on both. The camera shut off on a desk to laptop and in a 128 GB car five minutes of recording is all you get oh yeah if you are shooting video and want to zoom in forget . And if you like the look of the light 4 minutes is all you get and a tiny bit more on battery life now this cam to me is a scam I will be downloading video made about not by this camera. And tell you what . No going to be it still is and will junk every one that now's me listen when I tell them what electronics are worth it or not and yes I will be say where I got . Light sensitivity is trash, For usable video ( glitch free ) you aren't going to be good much above 720p, Remote is useless period, When I figured out the first day Feb.17, 2021 that it was not going to suit my needs my wife wanted it as a web cam for which it was ok at best but would have been much better with the remote as you have to turn on the camera wait for it to boot then set the mode with the buttons on the camera that are very glitchy every time which wouldn't be so bad if not for the fact that the cam needs to be at least 4ft. behind your desk because at 2ft. or less with the cam zoom set all the way back all you were getting was a nice view of nose hairs. But absolutely worst of all is that my ability to return ended on Mar.19, and on the 21st the thing glitched out and died. Would not turn off until removing all power sources (Battery and USB cord) and will not turn on since. Not to mention the Software issues. I understand its a cheap camera and was not expecting Sony quality video. Just wanted to get a cam that wouldn't break the bank if I lost or dropped it. But I don't think it unreasonable to expect more than a month or roughly 10 uses out of this thing as a webcam. ... show more

I got this camera for a school drama project because the camera I was going to use fell through. There his no versatility with this camera to film a movie, but it would probably be swell for use as a webcam. The microphone is inadequate and there is no focal adjustment capability. The microphone and light need to charged, and the instructions don't touch on it at all. I've never used a camera package that didn't draw power from the camera battery. Missed a bunch of audio because of this. I'm not going to totally slag this camera because I'm using it for something that it wasn't made for. I didn't get the impression it was totally inadequate for making movies from the description. If you want a web cam I bet it would more than suffice. ... show more

Do not buy this! I have purchased every SD card that I could find from Amazon, Walmart, to Best Buy non of them work. Every new SD card gets the same message (Card Error) Don't waste your time.

Terrible camera no where close to 4k, not much better then using an insanely cheap web cam, only thing good about it was the infared light, which worked good for about 2 to 3 feet away in darkness

Menu controls freezes and cannot power off the camera. I had to remove the battery. Save your money and but a decent 4K camera. Expect to spend about 500.00. These knock offs are not worth it.

My purpose in purchasing this camera requires a remote to control power and record. However, this remote does nothing. I switched batteries, ran through the troubleshooting steps provided by the Amazon support associate, still nothing. The associate then shuffled me off with a link to the vendor and that was a dead end. So still can't use the camera for its intended purpose. ... show more
