  • Sharp edges, missing or wrong parts—not worth the hassle!
Size: 126" x 31.5" x 30.3"
Ok so I knew this thing would be difficult out to put together but I thought it wouldn’t be as bad as it’s been. 11 pieces of the cross braces were missing so we had to contact the manufacturer for them. Then on the cross brace pieces there’s supposed to be a hole for the top piece. None of these support pieces are pre-drilled. They look nothing like the instructions show. So I guess (1) I received the wrong parts and, (2) I need to drill the holes myself. The corner pieces have a hole in one end for the corner guard but it’s not indicated on the instructions so I put one on upside down. Not worth the time to take it apart so another hole to drill. They recommend you wear the gloves they included while you’re building this thing so you don’t shred your hands, but sadly you can’t grip the little teeny tiny screws and nuts when are you wearing gloves so I have completely shredded my hands and arms trying to put this stupid thing together. Also, the pieces overlap in some areas and they only give you (12) 1” screws. They want you to use short screws in some of these areas. Why they didn’t include more longer screws—I have no idea. I had to go to the hardware store to but more 1” screws. Save yourself the trouble and get something else. It’s not worth the trouble. ... show more

  • Inexpensive Planter Box, but HORRIBLE INSTRUCTIONS and FRUSTRATING ASSEMBLY
Size: 126" x 31.5" x 17.7"
I gave this two stars instead of one because it provides a reasonable result but only after the most miserable assembly process you have ever encountered. The instructions that come with this are written by a comedian, an incompetent, polyglot comedian. The number of languages included is amazing, but unfortunately all that is written out is a near worthless warning paragraph. The pictures are too small to see and are woefully incomplete. Pictures do not show which way critical parts are meant to go. The main center brace has a concave/convex shape and it does not show you which side goes outward and you have to learn by trial and error (concave goes outward). The very last piece that you see in the instructions is a plastic bracket that you are supposed to screw into two holes, but the two holes are on pieces that were the first things assembled and nothing back then told you to make sure and put the one tiny hole near the corner of each piece. They do give you two cute little cotton gloves to wear to cover themselves about their warning not to cut your hands. WEAR THE GLOVES!!! The parts of this product are killer sharp. Don't try to assemble without two people, two patient people. Also, you will need a small headed Philips screw driver and a 7mm socket wrench to avoid total frustration trying to screw the hundreds of screws together on the sharp metal edges. One last goof in the instructions -- the first picture that shows you how to assemble the sides has the pieces upside down from what you need to have for the next assembly of bracing, but there is nothing to tell you that until you fight to put the braces in with connection that seem upside down. Surprise, they are upside down. Really frustrating product assembly. ... show more
