Bags come with alcohol prep pads, instructional insert, and free super cool stickers! Colonize in the bag, fruit in the bag! All you need to do is inject your choice of genetics (not included), wait for colonization to occur, mix with the substrate layer, then wait for fruit and harvest! We use high quality ingredients! High quality coir, locally sourced grains, bags made in Texas, Azomite for additional yield and potency. We also prepare all of our materials before they are bagged, no bagging machines, no 'no prep' grains, all of our materials are made using the most efficient methods for producing HIGH QUALITY products, compared to other vendors who make their bags trying to get high PROFITS. Amount grown depends on variety and the genetics used. Check our website for more detailed use instructions. We've experimented with our grain recipes for years and found what works and what doesn't. What doesn't work is mixing dry grain into overly wet substrate and hoping they even out during sterilization. What does work is preparing our grains by letting them soak, then boil, then bag and sterilize, ensuring that each grain is thoroughly hydrated in the process. We use locally sourced materials from here in the midwest. Oats from local farms, red sorghum milo from local farms, and rye from local farms. What we use depends on what's available for the week, but what we know is that it'll be made right and it'll work well, for all types of mushrooms! We use the same recipe for our substrate now as we did 15 years ago when we started growing mushrooms, but now with a bit more kick! We were the first company to start offering Azomite in our substrate, a trace mineral mined in Utah from the remains of a volcanic erruption. This addition gives our substrate additional minerals which mean more mushrooms, bigger mushrooms, and faster growth. The best part is, Azomite is OMRI certified organic! We also source our coir through a tested vendor. After trying out several vendors we have found a vendor who makes coir to our specifications for exactly what we need, making our substrate perfect for growing mushrooms! Our substrate is made separate from our grains, hydrated to ensure large fruit development, and bagged separately from our grains, meaning each layer is made properly to compliment one another! Our All-In-One bags don't come mixed up; leaving other organisms hiding inside, cutting corners on proper grain and substrate creation, and leaving you wondering if your mycelium is growing or not. When you get growth, you'll see it! Unlike other bags, our All-In-One bags condense as they colonize, meaning they stay solid from one flush to the next. This means that you don't get just one harvest from them, you can get 2, 3, even 4 or more! Whether you choose to fruit in the bag, as a cake, or a mix of both methods, following our simple instructions will get you the results you're looking for; without falling apart after your first flush. Unlike other vendors who use over hydrated substrate to try to hydrate a small amount of grain mixed throughout the bag, we hydrate our grain blend and measure it into the bag before adding our substrate blend on top. This ensures that our materials are properly hydrated! Our recipes are well crafted and dialed in to produce a consistent product from batch to batch without taking short cuts. We produce our bags with a custom blend of grain farmed here in the midwest of the USA. Our substrate comes with the highest quality ingredients. We utilize Azomite as a substrate additive to produce the results that our growers love! Want the results of a manure based substrate without having to bring animal manure into your home? We've got you covered! Leaving the grain layer separate from the substrate layer also allows your mycelium to easily find nutrients as it grows, giving it a stable food source to feed on and get energy from rather than constantly searching for food throughout its life cycle. This easy access to food in the mycelium's early life means fast consistent growth without the stress of having to search for food! Less stress means a smoother grow with more mushrooms! Some vendors use smaller seals on bags as a way to cut costs on equipment, not us! We use a 10mm seal to ensure that our bags can handle being mixed up without worrying about being split open. This seal also ensures that nothing can enter our product once it leaves our facility. Our custom sized bags are produced in the USA in Texas, they come with a .2 micron filter which is verified by the quality control standards of the bag producers. This is extremely important, some competitors try to cut costs by purchasing bags from overseas where they are produced cheaply with no quality oversights. This can reduce costs for those vendors but in the end means more failure and wasted projects! Our bags are also produced with injection ports attached, which shows our commitment to getting the highest quality materials possible.
