it is cheap and wobbly, but that isn't actually a complaint, i knew it was cheap and expected it to be wobbly, the frame itself seems pretty stable. if you buy it you will definitely need to get a couple washers to add on the axle because it is way too loose from the factory. without some work the bag is worthless (the wind will rip the lid right off if you hit 20mph or more) i made some ziptie rivets to hold the front and used some 3m hook and hook (3m dual lock) on the back, the velcro on the sides seems ok. i also drilled holes and bolted a bin into the bag. this is a cheap cart but if you are used to diy it has lots of potential. ... show more

The only problem we had was in the sand the wheels are skinny and it took two people pushing it to the spot we picked. The rental had same problem.
