The chairs are great once put together! It’s putting them together that’s the hard part! Took me three tries and I even dug through the trash thinking I threw part of the instructions away! The very last nut had no threads in it so one of the chairs is missing a bolt. There were zero extra parts in case something like this happened. But I do like the chairs. If you pay attention to what you’re doing, and the instructions and the amount of washers that are available and match them up with the necessary bolts, it goes together, fairly well most of it loose until you get it all assembled as the back of the chair is somewhat of a tight fit. Packaging I found the heavy metal parts, laying on top of a seat bottom, which was on the bottom of the box, holding it up to the light I could see small tears, and I mean small, probably one thread, but that may be enough to unravel later on cut on one seat about three places. The other seat was fine, obviously there was two in the box the other two boxes I have open they were in good condition when arriving the first box was a little bit rougher when I opened ... show more
