I didn’t want a large tree. This is perfect for my space and decorated up nicely. I wish the light cord had been longer. Had a hard time getting the extension cord To look decent. We are spending our first Christmas in our new house and decided to purchase this 9’ beauty. Upon arrival and unboxing the amazement began!! Very sturdy and well built tree. Simple to put together and easy clean up. Yes the flocking sheds but should be expected! Once fully put together we were amazed!! Absolutely stunning show piece… just when we thought it couldn’t get any better it got dark! Que the oooo’s and ahhhh’s!!! It lit up the whole room!     • Way over flocked and not made well

Tree is cute but very messy!!!!! Took an hour to clean up after just taking out of box and trying to straighten the bent trunk. Flocking had unusual odor. Tried to return and company refused to take back. Said it was seasonal. If I wanted to buy a Christmas tree out of season they would surely sell me one. My recommendation is do not buy this tree. ... show more

    • Nice, But Looks Nothing Like the Picture.
First of all, the tree I received looks nothing like the picture, and that's a big reason I'm docking it two stars. I don't like it when a product is misrepresented. However, the tree looks better than any flocked trees I've seen locally, and it does appear to be of good quality. As with all artificial trees, I think this one was seriously overpriced, but since I plan to use it for many years to come, I'll justify the cost by prorating it. The only reason I didn't return it was because of what it would have cost to send it back. I've always loved flocked trees, and this one pretty much fits the bill. It could have been flocked a little more evenly, as there are some pretty big clumps. Also, be aware that some of the flocking is going to come off, so you might want to protect your floor, or at least plan on sweeping the droppings up. I like lots of lights on my tree, and the number of lights that came on this one were not adequate. So, I bought another string, put it on, and it looks much better. Now, for the customer service part. Before I bought this tree, I asked about its dimensions, and received an answer very quickly. I also asked some other questions, and also received very prompt, courteous replies. At one point, when I was thinking of returning it, within hours, I received an OK to return it. This gives me some degree of confidence that they will stand behind this product if I should have any problems with it. Overall, it's a good-looking tree, and I actually think that once I get the ornaments and icicles on it, I'll like it much better. Just don't expect it to look anything like the picture! ... show more

Is it the prettiest artificial tree I've ever seen? Yes. Would I buy it again? Ummm, not sure. It's a heck of a mess. The flocking is just caked on, I've been putting it up for an hour trying to remove as much excess as I can while I shape it. There are no markers for where the large bulbs go so it's like finding a needle in a haystack with all that flocking covering the holes. I do love the big bulbs, I think I'll do that on every tree I have from now on. I think the flocking will most likely discolor in a year or two though. It is gorgeous, it does have some very unique qualities about it but it's a serious piece of work and mess. I'm still hunting for the places to put the large bulbs.... ... show more

I was looking for a heavily flocked small tree and stumbled onto this one. I always do my homework before I purchase. I read the best and worst reviews and decide from there. I chose this tree just for the concerns some have that there is too much flocking. Prepared I opened my package. It'as just what I wanted. it's going to showcase my copper brown and creme themed tree. I dont really have any negatives other than to mention that when decorated I will jupdate and post my finished tree. If you are looking for a small heavily flocked tree I'd say get a few ... show more

This tree is beautiful. The assembly was easy and I had the tree put together in just a few minutes. I made a mistake by not putting on the bigger bulbs before putting on my decorations and the plugs for these bulbs are hard to find (maybe making the plugs for the bigger bulbs a different color to help locate them would help). The tree looks like real snow, and I was surprised how little the white flocking shed. I hope this tree will last for years to come. Also, the branches on the tree look so realistic the way they branch out, it is just georgeous. If you are on the fence about purchasing this, go for it. I promise you will love it! ... show more

Very nice full looking tree, tree is folded for shipping but is easy to open branches and give a very nice tree look. Our tree stem was bent a little but was easy to bend into shape we think the cause for the stem being bent was the way the tree was put in a big box to ship, someone may have pushed down on the tree a little to much when preparing the tree for shipping. If you want a full looking tree with very nice flocked look this is a tree to get, Vickerman makes very nice products. ... show more
