I purchased the 36" tree. It is stated in the description that it is 36" x 24". The length is right at 36", but the best I could get out of the width at the bottom was 18". There are lots of comments regarding the flocking and it is a flocking mess, but if you are buying it for the flocking, just understand you will be using the vacuum cleaner after putting the tree up and then again when taking it down. Also, the box that it comes in is not long enough for the tree, so mine looked like a tree with scoliosis that I could not get straightened.

First of all, the tree I received looks nothing like the picture, and that's a big reason I'm docking it two stars. I don't like it when a product is misrepresented. However, the tree looks better than any flocked trees I've seen locally, and it does appear to be of good quality. As with all artificial trees, I think this one was seriously overpriced, but since I plan to use it for many years to come, I'll justify the cost by prorating it. The only reason I didn't return it was because of what it would have cost to send it back. I've always loved flocked trees, and this one pretty much fits the bill. It could have been flocked a little more evenly, as there are some pretty big clumps. Also, be aware that some of the flocking is going to come off, so you might want to protect your floor, or at least plan on sweeping the droppings up. I like lots of lights on my tree, and the number of lights that came on this one were not adequate. So, I bought another string, put it on, and it looks much better. Now, for the customer service part. Before I bought this tree, I asked about its dimensions, and received an answer very quickly. I also asked some other questions, and also received very prompt, courteous replies. At one point, when I was thinking of returning it, within hours, I received an OK to return it. This gives me some degree of confidence that they will stand behind this product if I should have any problems with it. Overall, it's a good-looking tree, and I actually think that once I get the ornaments and icicles on it, I'll like it much better. Just don't expect it to look anything like the picture!

Tree arrived early and in good condition although box almost wasn't there on a couple sides. The tree itself is small but full and while heavily flocked it looks good and very little flocking came off during assembly/adjustment. (I put a tarp underneath in case but almost didn't need it.) Lights are on or off, so no blinking feature but they are decent multicolored lights. The flocking easily comes off if you feel its too thick but the lights look much better in the flocking than out as it creates a nice glow. I personally feel there are plenty of lights for this size tree but if you like your tree to be able to signal low flying aircraft you may want to add more. :-) This is the largest tree i would consider a tabletop tree as its really almost too big for that but it is how we used it (we have it on a side table rather than a regular one but it gives the tree visual height and keeps the dogs/children out of it.)

I wanted a small Christmas tree to display on top of a cabinet in my front window this past holiday. So after doing some research I ordered this one. It arrived in a timely manner and was packaged nicely in a box it could be stored in year after year. The problem came when I opened the box to take it out and set it up. The tree is HEAVILY flocked and just taking it out of the box made a total mess. Once I started working with the tree straightening the branches, etc. the flocking debris just got worse and worse. Upon fixing all the branches I realized one side was flocked much heavier than the other side and in some places the flocking was caked on. Then I plugged it in. I was so very disappointed. The lights were dim and many were totally obstructed by the flocking. Matter of fact, many needed the flocking peeled off just to see the light at all. In addition the "multi-color" lights were red, green, blue and clear! Clear is not a "color" last time I checked. The clear lights were "clearly" out of place on this tree with the other colored lights. I had an awful mess to clean up and hadn't even begun to peel the flocking off the bulbs and decided it was just too messy to deal with. I didn't want to spend my holiday cleaning up flocking all over the place. I decided to return which I had no difficulty in doing with the seller. Keep in mind this is a beautiful tree, shaped very dramatically for so small, and well-made except for the flocking. Upon talking directly to the company (Vickerman) I do believe I just received a dud. They were the first to say it wasn't supposed to have that much flocking. I would recommend if you wanted one in green with clear lights.

I was looking for a heavily flocked small tree and stumbled onto this one. I always do my homework before I purchase. I read the best and worst reviews and decide from there. I chose this tree just for the concerns some have that there is too much flocking. Prepared I opened my package. It'as just what I wanted. it's going to showcase my copper brown and creme themed tree. I dont really have any negatives other than to mention that when decorated I will jupdate and post my finished tree. If you are looking for a small heavily flocked tree I'd say get a few

Bought the 4.5 ft. one - I wasn't going to put up any tree this past year since no family gatherings due to Covid. But saw this & very pleased with it. Always wanted a flocked tree & this one is especially pretty - especially with white lights & all gold decorations- it's very flocked & full. Makes a bit of a mess on the floor when unpacking & setting up- but the flocking did not weep off once tree was set up. Very Happy I bought it.
