This tree is an acceptable Christmas tree. It arrived in a timely manner in an intact box. It was easy to put up and take down. The problem was in the shape of the tree and the placement of the lights. It was not a Charlie Brown tree, but since it is artificial, it could have been much nicer. If we had more time before Christmas, I would have considered returning the tree for one that was a bit more shapely. Fortunately we have lots of ornaments to cover the flaws expressed in the cons. Pros: 1. Christmas tree! 2. Assembly was easy (for a small woman alone) 3. All the lights worked, first time and each time we turned it on. 4. Takedown was easy and it fit right back in the shipping box. Cons: 1. Some branches appear to be missing. If you look at the photos, the tree appears curved because one part has fewer branches than the other. 2. The saturation (or clustering) of lights is much more (or closer) on the bottom of the tree than on the top. It looks like they ran out of lights. 3. The top of the tree (final upright branch) is not in proportion to the rest of the tree. It is much longer than looks appropriate. Our angel looked sadly lost on this tree (which is the same size as the 20 year old tree it replaced). To find a topper in scale with the branch, it will look out of scale with the rest of the tree. 4. The plug will not accept other plugs being plugged into it, and is shaped in a way that precludes other plugs being used in our multi plug timer. Since the lights are led, the draw from the tree should not preclude other lights being added to the circuit. ... show more

I love this tree. I bought a few others that I returned because the color was too yellow, or they were too flimsy, or too heavy for a smaller tree. I bought the unlit version because I wanted to light it myself. Someone mentioned that the center top branch was too long, I just folded it over and placed my tree topper over it, it actually helps it stay on better. It was easy to fluff, it took me about an hour and half or so, but I’m quite picky, and I found it to be quite full with branches. I love the shape, and to me, it looks very realistic. I sent pictures to my sister, and she ordered one while we were on the phone. It’s heavy enough to make it quite sturdy, but light enough where it’s easy to maneuver, and all of my ornaments hang beautifully. I think what I love the most is the color…it’s a beautiful, realistic green, very rich. The pic with the lights doesn’t have ornaments yet, but I used 300 miniature lights. Perfect height for our 9 foot ceilings even with a topper. Requires quite a bit of patience to fluff the first time, but looks great when done. Only negative is that the labels for assembly are hung on the branches and not very close to the center, so difficult to hide, and the pieces look very similar if you were to take them off. We got the 7 ft tree, and it's amazing! My husband didn't like any of the trees at the stores we went to because he said you could see to much of the pole in the middle. This one does not have that problem! Once you fluff it out it's very hard to see the middle pole, which was his only requirement for the tree. We love it. ... show more

This is a high quality artificial tree. However, I wish I had bought one without lights, as I could have chosen a shade I like better. It is not a blue light, but it still is not what I wanted. It is a good product, it just doesn't make me feel happy.

This tree is NOT recommended for outdoors. However, it looks so real that is where I put it. It's a very full, life like tree. This is the 7.5 foot unlit. Of course, I intend to light it at Christmas. Also purchased the 5.5' for on the porch at Christmas.

First thing to do after you open up the box is to make yourself some Eggnog or some Bailey's hot chocolate. Then set up the tree. The instructions could be a tad better. It's the making the branches full and the way you want them is what takes up your time. The color is perfect and it's a nice size for a small home or apartment.
