I purchased this vitamin C serum about a month ago and started using it once a day after cleansing my face at night and before a mild retinol and moisturizer. My face was okay but my neck turned bright red. I stopped using on my neck. Also I noticed my face does much better on days I don’t use it. I think I have to use it less often. Also, the applicator is tricky, but after watching a video on Vichy’s YouTube, I learned you have to apply it directly to your face and not your hand. This makes it way easier to apply and you don’t lose as much product. I’m not I would purchase this again.

After trying dozens of Vitamin C serums (literally, maybe close to 50 or even more different brands), I think this one is a top-shelf item (maybe Paula's Choice C15 Super Booster could come close as well). You don't have to pay over $160 for brands like SkinCeuticals (which I tried as well). Vichy Vitamin C serum is exactly what it's supposed to be. And nice touch (knowing how unstable L-Ascorbic Acid is in the air): a special applicator (not a dropper) to avoid air contact. 100% recommended!

I purchased this in 11/2023 and it was gone in just a few weeks. Be careful to ensure that the lid stays on so that it doesn’t evaporate quickly. The product itself seemed good - I was able to use it without much irritation, but the lid pops off easily if you travel frequently and jostle your travel bag. Take care to ensure that it always is covered.

All these snake oil products put out by well known brands for exorbitant prices are so aggravating. I used this for a month and my skin got noticeably WORSE. And for the record, I have completely average, run-of-the-mill, middle-aged white lady skin. So all these products advertised as being "clinically proven" and "working for most skin types" are a joke. I have the most average skin in the world, and this product tore it up. Increased texture, increased visibility of sun spots, increased breakouts. Plus it leaves a sticky, gross residue and it's a pain to apply without a lot of waste. They just stuck some orange juice concentrate in a bottle and tried to market it as this great product. First and last time I use this brand.
