A Real Workhorse with Huge Capacity!

This cart has been a huge help for moving bulky and heavy items. The platform feels solid, the wheels roll smoothly even when fully loaded, and the large capacity saves multiple trips. I especially like how it can be configured in different ways depending on the job. It is sturdy, practical, and much easier to maneuver than I expected for its size. Portable and expandable

This photo up nicely into a really compact size and can be expanded. Both length wise and height wise to accommodate more storage. I’ve had it for two days so far and it’s held up well revert back into the durability once I bring out on an actual trip. Edit : About a month in, the wagon floor, also used to keep the wagon bound together in the collapsed state, broke where the strap is, so I'm unable to strap it together any longer. Dropping from 5 to 4 stars due to this, otherwise still very much enjoying this wagon.

The cart I should have purchased the first time! We are off to the beach!

We vacation in Cape Cod in the summer and use a cart purchased from a big-box store. Considering it's only used a couple of weeks a year, I was surprised to find the handle broken this year. I was looking for a replacement, and found this one and it has DOUBLE the weight capacity of the former “trail” version! It took about two minutes to assemble it and it was ready to go! It is way smaller when folded so it doesn't take up as much room in the car, the wheels have actual bearings to ensure smooth movement, and the wheels lock to ensure it safely stays where I want it!!

A few design flaws to fix

I really wanted to like this cart for many reasons, but I ultimately went with a different cart because of a few design flaws I couldn't overlook. 1. Middle underbed hinge. This was the best part because it looked really sturdy, was all metal, and looked like it was ready to hold all the heavy stuff, unlike most carts on the market that have a plastic piece here. My issue with this hinge is it never laid down flat. It looked like there was no way for it to lay flat in that design, so it instead would leave a small peak in the middle of the cart. The bottom board never laid down flat over this hinge, and had I kept it, I was going to need to do some bracing modifications to help raise up the floor to flat and to help reduce the shaky quality of the cart. Maybe this was a one-off issue with the welding on this hinge, but it wasn't going to work for me. 2. Wheels. These are nice sized wheels, but they look and feel like giant hollow plastic wheels with a rubber coating. What happens when you wear through that rubber and the thin plastic wall? Plus, I initially liked the idea of removable wheels to fit it into fighter spaces for travel or storage. This proved to be a terrible idea as the removable feature made the cart feel very wobbly, and one wheel release button was so stuck that it was hard to get the wheel on, and nearly impossible to get it back off for the return. 3. Height adjustable walls. I could take or leave the raising sidewalls, and the extra fabric when down would have drove me crazy. I bought this cart for craft shows, and while the extra height could have been useful, the above two items made me return it. After using the other cart I chose to keep, I'm glad I don't have this extra fabric to contend with. 4. Table top. I bought this cart for the sturdiness of the frame and the table top. The aluminum table top was nice enough that I could have used it as an extra display table in the booth, but the above issues nullified that. I can take along an extra piece of plywood for my other cart and make a table that way. 5. Tailgate. I have craft show tables that are 24x48in. They don't ride too well standing upright, so I either needed a really long cart (hard to find and maneauver) or get one with a tailgate. This is a tailgate option, and while it worked well for the tables, the cart is missing some kind of stabilization on the back end to prevent the sidewalks from bowing outwards when the tailgate is down. This wouldn't be noticeable unless you plan to lean heavy-ish things against the sides, which I was. 6. The handle. It was weirdly wobbly and I felt that I had to swing it around in dramatically wide arcs to get the cart to steer, especially when pushing it. Overall a decent cart, but not a good match for my purposes.
