I got one of these from another company and it shorted out and that company is no longer around. I've tried so many others an d none compare. I turned this on when I got it and it seemed very powerful. I let it fully charge and used it hours later and it's so weak!! You barely feel anything. It's very loud for the little it does. And, within the time I used it, it even got hot! It was 20 minutes max, probably closer to 15. I've never had a battery powered toy get hot to the touch. Steer clear of this one ... show more

The charger on my last one broke and I had to buy a whole new one. It arrived earlier today and let me tell you how much I have missed this. I am one of those women where it is very difficult for me to finish. With this I have NO problem. I cannot review on battery life yet because I just received this today but my last one did last me about year and I use it quite often. Just had to keep it charged cause it would die at the absolute wrong times. Hoping this charger will work for my old one too so I can always have a back up.
