I ordered the 12 inch queen mattress. Please be careful with unwrapping bed it has some kick waited 2 days before sleeping on the mattress and mattress raised to correct height nothing wrong with the seams and honestly it has been amazing I want to stay in the bed all day I love this bed . I’m on the plus side 5’2 270lbs and I don’t feel a springs unless I’m on my side but just slightly feel them. I’ve had the best couple nights of sleeps since this mattress wanted to wait full week of sleeping before this review.. next time I will order 14” if it’s available but if your conflicted on what mattress to buy this is a good one !!!! only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because slightly feeling the spring while on my side I wish we could do half stars I would do 4.5 ... show more

I spent a year looking for a new queen size matress in stores and online. I got to where I could no longer trust the stores advice and went to my Amazon prime and found this mattress. The reviews look good and they sell many of them. I am around 155 pounds and side sleeper. I had a serta pillow top for the past 20 years but worn out. This came on the day they said it would, setup and let it sit for 2 days and then the magic of comfort with the best sleep I have had in a long time. No more sleeping meds needed to sleep. Our 13 year old daughter wanted a soft mattress for her new full-size bed. Over the last two months, she has said several times that it's the right amount of softness and that she sleeps very deeply on it. I have slept on it several times and find it to be very comfortable, too. The mattress arrived quickly, with no damage; it seems to be well made. It fit the bed frame perfectly. We purchased this Crayan Queen size 10 inch mattress for our camper. The original camper mattress (which was only 4 inches thick) provided zero support and my wife and I would wake up to back pain and it was just plain uncomfortable. We replaced it with this Crayan mattress and WOW, what a difference. Medium soft with nice support. We slept well on the very first night we used it. I’m a 54 yo female, 125 lb, side-sleeper w/mild fibro. I purchased this mattress because I wanted an individually-wrapped hybrid mattress and one of the pictures indicated it was “plush”. I think it’s actually closer to medium (5) to luxury firm (6.5). It’s entirely too firm for me. The first night on it I was unable to sleep on my side. Added a 2” memory foam topper which has made it bearable, but still not comfy. Can only be on my side for short periods due to hip pressure. My fibro is mild, w/occasional flares. I’m not currently in a flare - and would not be able to sleep on this mattress at all of I were. I was also disappointed that the edges were not reinforced. Even with my light weight, the edge dips when sitting on the side of the bed. Had some cousins (ages 83-135lbs and 67-160lbs) visiting and they LOVED the mattress without a topper. So my dislike is prob due to my sensitive body needs. There does seem to be a bit of a dip in the middle…find myself sort of rolling to the center. If you like a luxury firm mattress, are a back sleeper, and/or an average weight, you may love this mattress. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent. They addressed my issue swiftly. You have little to lose (maybe some inconvenience) by giving it a try. Opening Tip: There is an outer plastic cover that should be unrolled and removed so the compressed mattress can be laid out flat on the bed frame in the upright position. Then use the enclosed cutter to cut the sealed plastic. It then gently re-inflates right where you need it. Would be easiest to do all this with a helper, but I managed it by myself. ... show more

I did quite a bit of research to find the best mattress for the money. Crayan was what I found. Unfortunately, I don't have links to my original sources- I don't even remember what they were. But I believed what I read and took the leap. This mattress has a nice firmness to it. Weight distribution is amazing. Best night of sleep I've had in years...every night now. I even like the color.
