I am impressed with this ball. It feels like it's well built. It has a nice weight to it and the vibration is strong. As other reviewers mentioned, it has 3 speeds. The low speed is enough for me. It's small, portable, and charges with a C cable, which makes charging it convenient as I already have C cables everywhere. It does not come with the wall wart, which I sort of appreciated because I don't need anymore of those and I don't have to figure out what to do with it. It also won't be using the 2 foot charge cable it does come with, but I pulled it out and looked at it and it feels like good quality. I have two minor complaints. First, as other reviewers have noted, the on/off button is challenging to press. You have to hold it down for 2 seconds, so holding the ball while it's on and trying to hold the button to turn it off is especially difficult with weak hands/arthritis. I either get someone else to turn it off or I wedge it into a corner of the couch so that I can hold the button down long enough. The other complaint is that the cover on the charge port does not want to stay closed. The cover has a little silicon protrusion that is supposed to insert in the charge port and I can't get it to go back in there. As a result the, charge port cover sticks up a little bit. It does not affect the operation at all, it's just aesthetically annoying to me. I didn't take a star off the rating because I think these are operator issues and not necessarily a problem with the product. Overall impression is that it's well made and will last. Is it $70 nice? Yes, I think so. However, I can't say that I would buy it. It's quite nice, but I don't often need this sort of high intensity targeted massage. If you do, then you should definitely consider this ball.

This is a good quality massage ball. It is strong, made of a rubber-like material that is easy to clean and easy to use. The only issue I have had with this little guy so far is that sometimes I can't turn him off. I have to wait for the ball to go through it's massage cycle (which lasts about 5 minutes) before it comes to a stop. I like to put it into my shoulder blade and lay on it, and so far I can't stand the highest level vibration yet, so this guy is strong! Now that I think about it, I haven't charged it since I got it, so the battery life is excellent as well.

This review is for the “Vibrating Massage Ball for Muscle Recovery, Portable Fitness Massager…” Brand: Stellamist Store Pros +Vibration level: Produces powerful vibration on any of the 3 levels. Cons -Power/function button: I had to press down quite firmly to turn this on or off & had to hold it down for what seemed like 5 or so seconds before it powered on or off. Both of these things made me think it was malfunctioning at first. (Same is true with needing to press firmly when switching between vibration levels.) -Battery: I charged the massage ball fully before using & the battery was drained after probably 15 minutes of usage. After fully charging & using it again, this hasn't happened. I’m going to give it another go to see if maybe this was just a fluke. I’ll update my review if so. I’m neutral on recommending this ball because of the fussy power/function button & the battery fluke(?). If you’re considering this one & can catch it when it’s on sale (at least 25% off) it’s worth a try.

If you are familiar with using tennis balls to roll out muscles after a work out - then you will love this ball. It adds vibration which really helps to relax the muscles. While it is larger than a tennis ball it still allows you to get deep into muscle and joints. The rubber coating also helps it not be so rough on the bones. Because it is a ball, you can be really creative with where and how you use it. You can use it with you hands, or use the pressure of your body to roll on it. I put it in the back of my office chair for a concentrated massage to alleviate stress in my lower back. I also put it against a pillar and leaned on it to roll out my spine and my hips. And keyboard warriors - you can just hold it in your hands to alleviate the stress of typing all day! You can also roll it under your feet for a relaxing foot massage. The ball is fairly quiet, however different surfaces/structures will either amplify or dampen the sound of the vibration, so be sure to experiment to find the best location to use it. My mesh office chair is loud, and surprisingly my wood pillar is whisper quiet... It came with a USB-C cord, but I just use the same one that I use with all of my other USB-C gadgets. The first time I charged it - seemed like the charge did not take. But I let it charge overnight, and now it works consistently. You do have to hold the button for 2-3 seconds to get it to turn on or off. This is by design because it is meant to be rolled on, and you don't want to have the button be sensitive and turn off the ball mid-massage.

.... As I have purchased every type of massager, massage machine, massage gimmick, massage clothing etc to use for my husband over the years that you can imagine. And for some reason it always goes back to just being my hands as the massaging tool. But this little ball is amazing and can be used in so many places for so many purposes and needs. It can be used on his shoulders under his shoulder blades on his neck underneath the soles of his feet and on his thighs and it makes the massage that much more deep and intense and effective. This is such a huge help to me as the massager, and to him as the massage-ee 😜 it's just a tremendous help and he absolutely loves it.

This rubberized ball is a solid performer for self massage. When you need some relief and have no help it’s a decent performer. The instructions are ESL, but the product is relatively intuitive. The massage strength is just ok standing alone, but when lying on or otherwise exerting pressure it very much gets the job done. Value is subjective.
