The science behind this - as well as many reviews (not just here on Amazon but also on other sites too) seem impressive. However, I felt NOTHING from it (dosing 2 capsules, 2x/day). It does seem to be legit, hence a decent number of stars (and given that there are VERY FEW products I actually feel a difference from = just because I don't feel something doesn't mean it isn't working). That said, there ARE other products out there (albeit FEW AND FAR between...) that I have had miraculous results with and are OTC... i.e. as someone who's had prescription HGH... SAVE YOUR MONEY and look no further than Super Cissus RX (cissus quadrangularis) for joint / bone / ligament / tendon / cartilage! And if nerve injury is suspected, MEGA-dosing (per Dr. Berg's recommendations!) of 1,200 mg (300 mg, 4x/day) Benfotamine + 1,800 mg/day ALA is a MIRACLE. NOTICABLE improvements in under 1 week for all... yet a product like this were I took a very restful dose and felt NOTHING after 15 days... YES, there could always be some benefits behind the scenes and it is always possible that were I willing to take for longer, I'd feel some benefits, but at this point, WHY keeping taking it when the aforementioned substances pretty much have me covered and work like magic bullets!?!

Listen up everyone. After reading these reviews and having chronic (often uncontrolled) inflammatory arthritis... this Boron is unbelievable!!! Professionally, I am a healthcare provider and have thoroughly researched this via medical studies, and there is even a fact sheet for Boron on the NIH website where safe dosing can be found. This particular formula of calcium fructoborate is shown to decrease Sed Rate levels more than its other formularies. After 5 days of taking (1 tab BID), I felt an increase in physical stamina and decreased knee pain. I have now been taking it for 6 weeks and can feel how it suppresses my inflammatory pains. Furthermore, I have doubled the weights I can lift in Physical Therapy! It has helped with my muscle weakness from chronic steroid use. I have spoken with several physicians and pharmacists who have never heard of this supplement. It is advised to get some blood work down the road, as it can possibly alter your electrolytes (Mag, Ca+, Vit D, Phos) & estrogen. The only contraindication is if someone is taking hormone replacements, one should not take this. I would like to do an updated review a few months down the road. I could not recommend this more. I have already spread the word to family, friends, and physicians. Honestly, anyone over age 50 should be taking this. It is a trace mineral already found in your food, with minimal to no downside.

I have read and studied about boron for decades and tried a number of other products including very high-quality ones. After reading the reviews I had little hope but figured it was worth the chance. When I received it, I took two that afternoon and then two more before bed, nothing else changed in my routine. Then when I got up in the morning about 30% or more of my overall joint/body pain was gone and I was able to move much better than I have in years. The next week I took it twice a day to make sure I was loading up as I figured my body must be deficient and now back to 1x day and still maintaining the same results. I would highly recommend it if you are experience chronic pain to see if this helps you.

I read that people who live in places where there is a lot of Boron in the soil (and in the water) seem to have a lot less pain such as arthritis. So I bought some. I haven't really noticed much of a difference.
