Bag was small you are better off buying a larger size if they have it. I have one large pathos and 3 small plants. I added a suitable amount on each within the top soil. Plants did grow pretty well this past spring with this product and it did not smell bad either. I do plan on trying other brands tho. ... show more

so i love this stuff- it's been great for my plants because it's not harsh, and you can mix it directly into the soil. the only problem is that the bag is only 1/3 of the way full! there's hardly anything in there at all. pretty expensive and misleading based on the size of the bag.

Honestly for the price you really can’t go wrong! I used miracle gro previously and it was so dense and kept my plants a little too wet for too long and began to get fungus gnats and decided it was time to make my own soil so I know exactly what’s going into it! I used this as a nutrition and fertilizer for my soil and so far the plants seem happy and are doing great! I’d definitely recommend especially for the price! ... show more

I thought my calathea ornata pinstripe plant was as good as dead. I added some worm castings to the soil and waited. Just when all hope seemed to be lost out of no where my plant began to grow two new leaves. It was a miracle bc I was so sure that my plant was a goner
