I’ve had this vanity for about a month now, and for the most part it’s great. Putting it together was a little difficult (taking about 4-5 HOURS), and it did not come with all of the hardware necessary to put it together, so you will need screws, if not more. About a month in, the magnet to hold the mirror shut struggles to keep it closed. I can get it to shut after a few attempts, but it’s not as good as when I first put it together. Also, one of the outlets at the top will be used by the desk itself, as the power cord for the light in the mirror is plugged in there, limiting the power to only one outlet and the usbs. You will also have to clean the mirror fairly often. The power button is on the mirror, meaning every time you turn the mirror light on, to another setting, or off, it smudges. The mirror also smudges when you have to open the door and get behind it, then again more smudges when you close it. This builds up quickly. Aside from those small problems (that may have only been specific to the vanity I received, aside from the smudges), the vanity is amazing. Lots of organized storage, sturdy, and the light settings work well, with an actual visible difference in them. The vanity feels strong and seems like it can withstand being moved around a few times. Overall a good purchase.

My son bought this for his daughter. It was just as described. I put it together in about 4 hours total. If you follow the directions, other than I put the hinges on the mirror first then attached to the vanity as the weight of the mirror was difficult to hold up by 1 person while attaching to the vanity without the help of a. Second person. When the instructions do show to use help, it is wise to do so. Everything works perfectly! Also make sure when you are emptying the box of all the parts, you don’t miss anything! There are small pieces of wooden pieces that could get mistaken for the styrofoam they pack it in. The stool was not included.. It was one that I recovered that came with the previous smaller vanity when she was younger..

Got this for my 12yr old, she loves it! It arrived yesterday just as advertised, it was even delivered in 2days, a day before the ETA window if 5days! It took abt 4hrs to build, shoutout to my 13yr-old son who did most of the work (he likes putting things together so he was quick to offer his help, he is awesome!) The mirror lights work as described,, will test out the outlets and USB connections today.

We bought it because functionality and size looked great but we’ve had so many problems with it and still don’t have fully functional item 2 months after purchasing it. First, it has a missing piece in the packaging so we could not fully assemble it. Wrote to customer service and they sent a replacement that took few weeks to arrive but it arrived broken :(. Replacement for replacement has not arrived yet Then, mirror light started turning on/off randomly. We were told they would send a replacement for it but still have not received it weeks later. It sucks because we bought as a gift and still don’t have fully functional item. If I had to choose again, I would totally skip this item and go a different route.

It became clear to me after setting this up that the items on the vanity were either taken from a dollhouse or photoshopped. You absolutely cannot fit some items on the vanity the way they are in the photos. However, I’ve attached some photos to show you how you could use the space. I ended up ordering a small dresser to put next to it because the vanity just didn’t have enough space. Another annoyance was that there was no measurement for the back of the shelves to the front of the shelves on the sides of the mirror. I asked the question and no one ever answered. It also came with a mirror with a scratch right on the middle of it so I see it when I’m doing my makeup. That’s probably what I have the biggest problem with overall. If you’re planning on hanging necklaces from this, just know it absolutely will not fit longer ones. I wish they had put the shelf under the necklace hangers lower so that there would be more room there, but alas. HOWEVER, the pros are that even without as much space as I thought I would have, it’s still cute. The light up mirror is a huge plus. Wish it had a dimming feature, but I love it has cold, warm, and a mixture of both. The outlet on the vanity is super useful as well for hair tools. I got a desk mat so that I wouldn’t burn my vanity if I set a straightener on it. There is a lot more storage behind the mirror than I thought it would be. The storage behind there really helps for those taller skin care and perfume bottles. Is the vanity cute? Does it give you the most for your money? Not exactly. The drawers definitely needed just an inch more in height. Some of my stuff would fit in there if it had 0.5 inches more in height for the drawers. Most large makeup palettes won’t fit in this either. But if you’re willing to get some small extra drawers to put next to the vanity, this could be a GREAT piece of furniture for all your needs! I’m very excited to use it once I get everything out in the dresser.
