The media could not be loaded. I love this cutter. It does not “print” in color. Comes with a marker you can use for “plotting” which means you can draw lines in place of cutting with the blade. I used on windows 11 machine and it worked great. There is literally nobody online who was able to get this working with a Mac computer, however last night I was able to get it going. Note: you must be able to run windows on your Mac, it will not work with Mac OS as it doesn’t register. So far I've used the cutter just a few times with the included vinyl. The vinyl seems to be low quality, very thin and is probably influencing my results. The cutter is doing a pretty decent job of cutting but for some reason they designed the outfeed area with horizontal grooves. The cheap vinyl curls and gets caught in these grooves. Not well thought out. I've got some nice oracal on the way so maybe that will provide better results. To help with the situation I covered the outfeed area with packing tape. Doesn't look too good but it's helped a lot. The free software included wasn't too impressive. I upgraded to the pro version which allows vector tracing of graphics and it does a pretty decent job. I think once I learn the quirks, dial in the settings and use better materials it'll provide satisfactory results. I'm not disappointed with my purchase so far. ... show more

This cutter i bought alongside the vevor 53 inch cutter. this cutter cannot even manage to do the easiest of decals. a square? forget it! it shreds the corners and peels every inch of material up. by far the worst cutter i have ever used, and for the price id rather buy a bigger one.

The product came a little late but although it did my package was already semi opened , missing a bar and some wheels . Am not too worried about it only because the machine works amazing !! But if possible I’d love to get them missing pieces 😅

After some trial and error adjusting the settings the cutter works well. The basic version of SignMaster is ok at best. I ended up getting SignMaster Extreme and now am able to do all my designs in one program. With basic I was juggling three programs to get my designs cut. Also worth knowing is the vinyl that is supplied is cheap cheap. It is good for testing, but wouldnt use it for a product for a client. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase. ... show more

To save beginners frustration Do not use the vinyl rolls they send with the machine. I have had vinyl cutters in the past and they worked flawlessly. The last one was over 20 years old running on a old Windows XP but could get it to run on Windows 10, could not find the drivers for it to run. The price on this cutter was very competitive and the machine works fine. First time buyers of a vinyl cutting machine will be detoured by of the vinyl rolls that they send with the machine. The backing does not stay on the vinyl and when the backing doesn’t stay the vinyl gets all balled up on the cutting blade.
