I make shirts as a side-hustle but I ended up getting into signs and wraps. I came from Cricut to this machine since I needed something that could cut beyond 12x24 inches. Before I knew it, it completely replaced my Air 2. It takes some time to set up and get used to. The Signmaster software it comes was incomplete on the USB. It didn't list any cutters which made cutting impossible, so I had to reconnect my optical drive to read the disc. Afterwards, it worked flawlessly...sort of. After I had fixed my first issue, I found that my machine was cutting badly. It was making this weird grinding noise and wouldn't cut clean lines. Turns out, the thing that cuts the vinyl was off it's rails. So after popping it into place it was smooth sailing. It works great as a basic cutter. After I found out the smaller cutters actually came with sensing technology I was kind of like :/ But it does make up for it in the fact that it is MASSIVE. Pros: It's cheap, it works reliably, relatively easy to set up, easy to learn, massive format allows for large work to be done. Cons: It's very loud, doesn't have sensing technology, and takes up a lot of space if you don't have a dedicated working room. Overall I'm happy with it since I don't need to buy a $36k printer-plotter system juuuuuust yet.

Hello, I just bought this model 53". It came nicely shipped, packed well and with items described. Also fast shipping. After contacting the seller, they were able to help me get the correct software and I am happy with the product changing my rating from a 1 star to 5 star. I am in the USA and the product of origin and seller is in China. It did take a little time and coordination to resolve my issue. But saying that, the seller was prompt and responded to my issues in due time. I would buy this product again.

Came in great condition and instructions seemed relatively self explanatory. But that wasn't enough to get the cutter to work sadly. I can't get the Cutter to get recognized on my Signmaster software at all. I'm at my wits end trying to figure it out, and I've spent a good 2+ months revisiting the cutter with new theories to test out on what might be wrong (old software, dead ports, online driver installs, etc.) It's completely unusable without a driver, and I'm out of ideas. Spend the extra money on a cutter you know will 100% work, instead of this one.

It is pretty cheap feeling and the stand pretty janky. It works, but it's as bad as one would expect for no more than it costs. But I bought it to cut vinyl and it does that very well. It's also much quieter than my old one. One note, 4' vinyl slides between the legs on the stand and gets caught up. Causes it to get wrinkled or not get pulled through the rollers. I added some cardboard along the bottom to keep the vinyl out of it and it works fine now.

It was a little hard to find the info about this plotter before buying it, but we were able to find the manual and software (SIGNMASTER). It is the most basic version of the software. Amazing - it was plug and play and it WORKED! Both my wife and I have a combined 35 years experience in the sign industry working with Professional grade sign making equipment. But for the price we bought this at, we are blown away with the ease of use. for people not familiar with plotters, it might be a bit steep learning curve however. But again, for the price it absolutely is amazing.

Missing half the bolts for the stand

I like this cutter, however, we are having and issue with getting the settings correct. I ended up buying a cricut so I could create smaller stuff right away. I need to sit down and figure this cutter out for bigger jobs.
