I have a 54" graphtec and a 32" seiki. They have been great workhorses. I wanted something smaller that I could use on a desktop and that would contour cut. This cutter fit my needs. Bought it but was waiting on a new pc to set it up at the shop. I had high hopes. Well..... turn it on the head slides right and it gives an error. Tried it stand alone and with it connected to a pc. 100 cycles and the same thing. Error error. Seems like a box limit sensor. It did go to the ui once or twice and i hit the camera view and it gave a different error. I tried the software that came with it as well as sc2 pro which I have a commercial license for. Bottom line cutter doesn't work right out of the box. I didn't get it set up within the 30 day window now or can't be returned. The seller doesn't respond. I wouldn't buy this cutter or anything from this seller. There has to be some sort of warranty right? Not 30 days and you're out of luck. I was nervous from the beginning because this was the only listing I could find anywhere for this cutter and now it says unavailable. Horrible product and horrible seller response. And it wasn't cheap!

When I first got the device the LEDs inside by the CCD camera were too bright and so it was causing the registration Mark fail I took the cover off disconnected the lights and put an LED strip outside the machine pointed across the paper and that seemed to fix the problem hoping to buy another one in the future.

Creo que el producto es bueno yel software tmb excelente, solo que la calibración del equipo es muy difícil para hecer scan & cut para buscar ayuda de este modelo es muy difícil y para entrar a menú te pide código de 2 dígitos el cual lo descubro pero es difícil saber calibrar el código es (21) espero pongan videos mas sobre la calibracion

I like it, simple to setup. However their is a 2 digit password to adjust settings and nowhere in the documentation shows what the password is

Works as advertised. Update: this thing is terrible, bad design, I'd look around for a better one. The rear pinch rollers are made of plastic and they need to be dialed in EACH time
