The media could not be loaded. I love this cutter. It does not “print” in color. Comes with a marker you can use for “plotting” which means you can draw lines in place of cutting with the blade. I used on windows 11 machine and it worked great. There is literally nobody online who was able to get this working with a Mac computer, however last night I was able to get it going. Note: you must be able to run windows on your Mac, it will not work with Mac OS as it doesn’t register. The instructions and software were confusing, the stand doesn't match the diagram, and the language needed to be changed but I didn't pay for instructions, I paid for a vinyl cutting/plotting machine. This machine is fantastic for the price. If you've never used a vinyl cutter before then look up setup videos on youtube, blogs, or forums. You Setup The Stand - It's easier than a bionicle or Y7 lego set. - Look at the Picture On The Listing you won't find an accurate picture in the booklet. The closest looking one in the booklet might even confuse you because it has more pieces than what you actually get. Install The Software - If you don't have a CD drive, the same software is on the USB drive and you can use the same activation key. Turn it on - Plug it in *THEN* Turn the switch on. There is an emergency stop button on the backside and a reset button on the front. - Change the language to English, this will help you figure out how to use the buttons to navigate the menus. - Lower the cut force, my vinyl calls for 80g or so. - After you insert your vinyl Spring Levers in the back need to be engaged to grab the vinyl. If The levers move, if you put it too far to one side it won't roll against the wheel and it'll crumple up your vinyl immediately. Use the pen tool to test it first and make sure to select the pen tool in the cutting software. This model features a basic semi-automatic contour cutting feature and laser sensor. ... show more

So far I've used the cutter just a few times with the included vinyl. The vinyl seems to be low quality, very thin and is probably influencing my results. The cutter is doing a pretty decent job of cutting but for some reason they designed the outfeed area with horizontal grooves. The cheap vinyl curls and gets caught in these grooves. Not well thought out. I've got some nice oracal on the way so maybe that will provide better results. To help with the situation I covered the outfeed area with packing tape. Doesn't look too good but it's helped a lot. The free software included wasn't too impressive. I upgraded to the pro version which allows vector tracing of graphics and it does a pretty decent job. I think once I learn the quirks, dial in the settings and use better materials it'll provide satisfactory results. I'm not disappointed with my purchase so far. ... show more

I put the device together and started to upload the cd to my computer step by step however when I got to the model # it wasn't indicated in the software. Therefore, I was a lil upset but assume this would be a easy fix....NOT...Contact Amazon on a Saturday to inform them of the issue. In-which I was given a phone number to call on Monday due to the company not open on weekends. On Monday dial the number to find out that it's no longer a working number. Attempted to contact the company via their chat, Chat representative Carlos was not helpful and informed me I had to wait another 24-48 hours for a response from VeVor the company...smh. Contacted another representative on Tuesday at amazon, explain the situation she attempted to contact the company no response. Nevertheless I wasted 6 days with this worthless machine and company, all to return the machine now.....Please do not waste your time as I did. ... show more

Maybe an expert vinyl person could make sense of the plotting/cutting programs, but my 35+ years on a computer were no help at all. The software is very confusing/difficult to use at best. There's no way to undo a mistake or go back - The entire design must be erased and start an entire new one. VERY frustrating to say the least. The vinyl that came with it won't even stick to glass. The starter kit was very cheesy. Would be better to just buy the machine only... and then buy the tools and vinyl separately. It would only print in metric sizes. making it impossible to judge what the actual size would be without constantly referring to "metric to SAE" chart every ten seconds. They were good about the return, however it was real pain to repack everything back into the box. And had I bought another $150 in extras that I cannot return. So, I'm stuck with all of that stuff. Not happy about that at all. Looking at Cameo 4 machine now - But I still don't know if it's worth the money. I hope this review was helpful. ... show more
