Arrived in a damaged box, but the access panel door was fine, no issue. It's well made and surprisingly sturdy for the price. BUT...the panel cutout is 16.25"x16.25 and not 16.0"x16.0" If it had fit a 16"x16" opening, I'd have given it 5 stars.

The product itself seems good but it arrived with some scratches and there are noticable deviations on the outside surface of the door. These spots look like dings or damage at first glance when viewing from various light sources. I then realized they were manufacturong effects from fastening the lock assembly to the inside of the door. Overall, I think it's a decent product. Every stainless steel door I've ordered has had some sort of scratches on them so it seems to be a common issue. I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the two surface deviations from the lock assembly and the minor scratches. ... show more
