The blue protective coating takes awhile to get off…a long while. The holes on the side so you can screw it into a cabinet are partway behind drawers. The bottom holes are behind the drawers so you need to drill your own holes. The screws for the handles are hard to hold onto. Very small. Other than that it works.

We gave this a three star instead of four because the cut out dimensions they give you are incorrect and we had to rebuild the rough opening when the product arrived. For the 17wx21dx30 high the correct rough opening dimensions are 15 1/2 wide x 28 1/2 tall. The dimensions given on the description are an inch smaller and there's no way the unit would fit in the opening. The finish is more of a brushed than polished stainless finish which works fine for us for our BBQ area. The drawer tolerances are excellent, they fit and roll very nicely with very little gaps around them. The paper towel pull out works well, although the section of pipe they give you to hold the towels is a little tough to snap into place. With the exception of the rough opening issues we're very pleased with the unit.

The cabinet is attractive and operates smoothly. All parts are stainless steel. The unit is heavy and solid. The handles are metal. I think it is built pretty well. I’m very pleased with the purchase. I will say the packaging seems very poor and not suitable for the weight of this cabinet as all of it (styrofoam) was broken up when I opened the box. I was lucky it arrive undamaged thus four stars instead of five.

So only time will tell. But these drawers surprised me. They are very well made and much heavier guage than I expected for the cost. Did not want to spend $500 - $1000 on drawers from an online BBQ retailer. Love the recessed handles as they match the sccess doors I purchased. If I had more room in the kitchen would have bought another set for the other side of the grill.

The product is well built, the drawer slides are solid. The slides are not soft close, also the exterior near the welds is heavily scratched from the company grinding the welds and are very noticeable. I have the unit indoors so I can’t tell you how it is outdoors
