I was looking for something at a better price point than the expensive rotopax. I bought two of these and it gives me a little over 5 gallons secured to my bed rack. Quality seems fine. I did remove them from the rack for off-season to store in the garage and keep them from getting weathered, but didn't have any fading over the first summer use. Great alternative and work just as well. Caution: still has that crappy EPA "friendly" spout. Get rid of it and buy the regular spouts off amazon. Those EPA spouts leak like crazy and spill more gas than what goes in the tank.

At the time I got to used the tank the nozzle that comes with it leaks all over is more gas coming out of the nozzle that the gas I am adding to the tank and that’s not safe at all is leaking fuel all over , Contacted Vevor customer service and they dined that the nozzle leaks and they don’t want to replace the nozzle that BS from customer service I contacted Amazon customer service and they got me a replacement and that’s ok Don’t waste your money on this tank unless you want to buy a better nozzle for it

I bought this for my old Bronco which I still take on adventures. Sometimes I like to have just a little extra fuel onboard, ya know, just in case. Now I know that 2 Gallons for a 302V8 isn’t going to get me too far, but maybe far enough. I also can use it around the house for lawn mowers, leaf blowers and other stuff as well. The Plastic is thick, and the slim design fits anny The mount is simple and easy to work with. Recommended.

This doesn't leak, but it does have formidable ratchet assembly to make sure. It usually required 2 people to unscrew--one to hold the ratchet down and another to actually unscrew the lid. Since I couldn't find a place to attach the holder to my truck on a recent trip, I had to carry these inside my camper and it was very important that it wouldn't leak.
