Ok- ish tool for the cost but severely deficient in many areas. Namely, the stick welding leads are incredibly short. 3 -5 ft for the stick and ground leads means i practically need to wear the weld box around my neck to reach my project. Missing any stick weld consumables, and the 3 way selector switch is very loose. Felt like it would snap or fail very soon and I cant afford to have any electrical fires. There were NO DIRECTIONS as to how to set up the TIG OR PLASMA options and the 120-240 adapter was missing. Now I'm no certified welder by any means but ive owned and used several over the years and I know how to lay a bead of 7018 and how to cut with a plasma cutter. If nothing else there should be a chart on the unit telling what settings to use for what thickness of metal on each type of process this thing was designed to do and have at least a starter piece of tungsten for the TIG process. (FYI, There is not.) ALSO, there was no assembly directions for how to even set up or use the TIG torch, OR Plasma cutter. There were some other consumables included fornthe plasma aNd TIG torches but If I had never done this before I might have tried to use the unit without any Tungsten electrode and really messed up the unit. Has anyone ever done that? Btw... if you try and take this unit to any respectable welding shop, they may take you to see what a real welder looks like on their showroom floor before they laugh you out of the building. Kinda like riding a moped. It.kight be fun for a bit, but dont slap on a leather jacket and ride it to a local bar thinking you are some basass biker dude. Lol

Performs very well for those who don’t need a multi thousand dollar machine. So far I’ve only used the stick welding and plasma cutter functions but I am very impressed. I pull it with my 13kW generator which also pulls a 21 gallon air compressor. Great for in the field repairs when you just don’t have the time to drag the equipment back to the shop.
