Received the package. Packaging was simple (styrofoam, bubble wrap ). The product came out of the box all assembled and in great shape. Visually inspecting the wheel, everything looks brand new and no damage. I turned the wheel on and tested all of the buttons. They all work and the wheel spins perfectly. No wobble no shake. The wheel feels strong and good torque. I pressed down with my palm as the wheel was spinning. The power feels plenty to be able to center 20 pounds of clay. I have not centered any clay on it yet but I will update the review as soon as I do. So far so good.

The media could not be loaded. Edit:I was issues a refund after a month of back and forth. For the love of god and all things holy do not buy this . You have a 50/50 chance it will work . This is the second wheel of this type I’ve owned and both have been duds . It was dead on arrival today. Never got to even use it .

This came very quickly and it was a gift to my wife. She has not actually used it but has been playing around with it. She likes the variable speeds that it spends.

The media could not be loaded. PROS Came within a week of ordering. Packaged well in cardboard, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, no shipping damage Lightweight enough for woman to carry alone, heavy enough to retain balance No assembly required Motor fairly quiet Priced right for portable, home beginners wheel Great for compact areas Drip pan retains splashes well Easily added my own side-pan to current pan CONS short - I needed to elevate with some 2x4's in order to gain proper throwing position (I am 5ft 10in tall) no pedal - not really that big of a deal for me as this is a portable unit which I don't want to complicate cord fairly short - about 38inches from unit to outlet motor does slow a bit when centering - increasing momentum helps decrease wheel drag aluminum wheel head no bat pin holes no bats- might drill and add my own drip pan does not detach for cleaning – not too difficult to clean
