I had questioned my oven temperature for some time because baked items didn't seem to cook in the time they were supposed to. This plate, because of its thermal properties, really helped tune the temperature correctly and provide an even bake. Should sell these with ovens when they are new!

Just put it on your oven rack. Don’t plan on moving it around a lot because it really is heavy! Preheat the oven and put pizza, or whatever, directly on the sheet. Pizza crust is amazing!!
