The glassware was well made. All the joints fit perfectly. Unfortunately fedex damaged the package a little and the Graham condenser was broken when it arrived. The seller promptly refunded me $50 since they didn't have any in stock at the moment, which I thought was more than fair. I didn't really need that piece, so I considered that a plus. It was well packaged and the glassware has worked perfectly so far running a reflux, fractional distillation and simple distillation. Overall, great value for everything that you get. Would recommend and buy again. Also, the seller has been very prompt in addressing any questions and/or concerns of mine and sent out the partial refund immediately. *One note, in the picture it shows a 500ml 3 neck round bottom flask, but I received a 1000ml 3 neck round bottom flask. In reading other reviews, that seems to be the norm. So if you specifically need this in 500ml you may want to ask first. For me the larger flask was just another plus. *

The box arrive in good condition and on time. Everything seemed fine until I took out the included thermometer and found it broken in half. Maybe because it was packed with a glass stir stick? Anyway, I can’t find a way to request just a new thermometer without returning the whole kit. Bummer but what do I do about it?

For the price it is an amazing selection. Multiple setups. Packaging was amazing and I kept it because it was all formed to each piece. Only issue was the ph testing strips had the chart cut off for some reason. Not an issue as the strips still worked fairly well. This is for you if you want great quality to cost products.

For the price I was a bit skeptical, but from the moment I opened the box I was very pleased. The flasks were thicker than my Pyrex ones and everything was packaged very well. I have no complaints, the set may seem cheap but it is impressively well made and has everything you need to get started.

The quality seems to be good. I've done several distillations and no problems. Can't beat the price. I imagine a set like this made out of real Made-In-Germany Pyrex would be 10x as much. I'd rather have that, of course, but I preferred to buy this.

Shipped on time. Survived that shipping. Price was decent so I tolerated the shipping junk and dirty glassware, I can clean that. I tolerated the non standard ground glass sizes, I have PTFE tape. I tolerated cheapo joint clips breaking because of those sizes, what do i expect at this price? I tolerated the bubbles in the joints, the waves and twists in the glass and the loss of the receiving flask from inserting a stopper. Whatever. What I can't tolerate is that this isn't borosilicate glass. Boiling flask has stress cracking from the heat... *AT 230F* Either this company's quality control dropped the ball or i got ripped off. Buyer beware.
