Contacted Support and provided videos and photos and they refused to get back to me and help me in any way shape or form. It would be really nice to get a little support and maybe just replaced the one part of the mechanism that may be bent or not functioning. The entire reason for buying this creeper was so that I could have support for my head. Their support is lacking severely their communication is terrible, but the product itself if it worked would be great.
