The media could not be loaded. Unit arrived quickly with fairly minor damage to the box. Nothing was damaged or missing inside. Pretty easy to assemble even with the less than great instruction sheet that came with it. Really helped to watch the assembly video from the Amazon item description page. My only complaints are that the wheels aren't 100% straight due to poor welding of the brackets that the wheels screw into and when lowering the platform without any weight on it it doesn't want to go down all of the way. I have to put about 20-30 lbs on it to help it go down.

Garbage. Steel frame is bent where the wheels attach. Wheels rub on frame and won't roll. I think this is the same unit one of the other reviewers returned withe the same issue. Now I have to lug it to the UPS store. It's over 100 lbs of trash.

This product is fairly heavy and that has meant that low cost shipping was out in the past, but this lift was sent to me at a low additional cost and that was a plus. When I unpacked this forklift I noticed that the pieces of metal where the wheels attached to were bent quite a bit, so I took a big pipe wrench and bent them to where the wheels should be pointed. Aside from that the assembly went ok and I have been using the lift quite often for 100 to150 pound loads with no problem. I certainly can’t complain about this lift for the price and usability

The steel frame that supports the right wheel is bent inward, which presses the wheel and prevents the wheel from rolling. I believe this is not a bend during delivery but a structural defect during the manufacturing process. The steel frame that supports the wheel is made by of thick steel plate, and the welding part is at the bottom, so the bend cannot physically corrected.
