I had purchased some of these parts separately from Home Depo to support vines on an arbor, but wanted to use the same wire to support our cafe lights. I found this kit, and for half the price I was able to string the lights and modify another arbor/vine with lots left over for another project. Just an FYI incase anyone is confused- the kit does not include tools. You will need wire cutters and something to tighten the very small nuts on the connectors. I used pliers on the ones that didn’t have to be too snug, and a socket wrench for the others. ... show more

Got two 100' kits. Hardware is better quality than expected. Bolts hold tight. Ferrules work as they should. Cable has thin vinyl cover that fits in the ferrules. No need to strip. 200' of light is on a tight and secure line. I have one stretch covering 137' and using 1 turnbuckle on each end allowed it to remove all the slack. ... show more

So, they give you plenty of crimps, but of the other pieces, exactly the number of hardware pieces that you need, so don't lose any in the dirt. It worked out beautifully for our espaliered apple trees. I sometimes make jewelry and assembling these connections were quite similar. We are very happy.

Worked well. It has the most hardware for the best price. Wish it had 8 turnbuckles but we were able to make one side a hard point. Definitely easier with the proper crimping and cutting tool. Strongly recommend buying that separately.

One of these is enough to wire your wooden fence for a vine and have some wire leftover. I was able to do 4 panels with 3 kits by buying a handful of additional parts. Each panel was 90" wide and 6 ft tall.
