Had to end up taking out the coin mechanism so my granddaughter could use it…it would not turn with a quarter in it…so heads up Amazon Help told me it actually takes a 1 dollar coin…so basically a waste of our money as we don’t have dollar coins lying around!!! It works and will turn and dispense a prize but only after we took out the part on the inside that recognizes the coin 😡

Product received yet the metal mechanism that turns the quarter was broken and would not turn. Complete waste of money as you cannot return the item!

First things first, buy something else, save yourself the stress and hassle. The locking mechanism on the top of the machine is so poorly made, the key gets stuck in the lock and there’s no way to get the key out without damaging the key or the lock. I previously purchased a smaller model and had the exact same problem. Put the key in the lock on the top and could never get the key back out. Poorly designed garbage. Also, the paint job is nothing short of awful, mine arrived chipped, scuffed, ans scratched down to the metal.
