  • Working as advertised and happy so far
Size: 3600LBS
From the start…. Extremely well packed for such a heavy item shipping with Fed-X. No damage to anything. Assembly does require a couple of wrenches if you decide to install the front extended wheels. Some trailers do not have removable tongue jack bases or wheel so the front extension wheel will make it impossible to tow straight. I used it with and without the extension and it worked like all other trailer dollies that I have used without the extended wheels. This is not an all terrain vehicle so don’t expect it to grip in grass or gravel without spinning a tire. You DO have to add air to the tires when you put it together, mine was not filled but tires only inflated enough to support the weight during shipping. You DO have to connect the positive (red) wire inside the battery box to get it working or charge after you assemble your dolly. Our trailer is 2200 lbs. empty and this dolly does not have a problem moving the trailer around the driveway. I have run it into the grass and had to use some force to help get traction but it did move without bogging. This is a heavy unit but all the trailer movers of this size are heavy. For the money spent, I am happy with my purchase and we saved as much as we paid for this dolly. Taking a chance but, so far it has worked as advertised without issue so I will update if I do run into any problems. ... show more

  • Don't Support Vevor Corporation
Size: 3600LBS
Anyone purchasing any items from Vevor, by way of Amazon should be leary. We purchased their Model W3600 "Electric Trailer Dolly" and as often happens it was missing a key piece. We've tried desperately to contact their customer service to rectify this situation. To date we've had to engage with their Artificial Intelligence "bots" via on-line chat, where we had to "photograph" the assembled unit as to "prove" the piece was missing. Next we had to photograph the shipping crate to "prove" there was no damage prior to delivery, lastly we have scoured their website in hopes of finding a phone number......none found. Amazon doesn't need to support any company who's customer service department places "missing parts" on those of us who made the purchase. The missing part couldn't be more than a couple of dollars, and if they listed replacement parts on their website I'd already have ordered the part.....however, like their phone number, this too is not found on their website. If you've read this far "Thank You." Final warning, don't purchase anything from Vevor. As for Amazon.....you know your customers deserve better!! ... show more

  • Product works, but attaching and actual use is a pain.
Hooked this up to my boat last night. I'm 50/50 if it's a great product or not. It does the job. It moves my 24' boat on a smooth flat floor. Not sure it could handle anything on a slope or rough terrain. I know I'm maxing the weight capacity. But my biggest complain is how it attaches. You have to drill through your trailer to attach the bracket, so you can't really use this on multiple trailers. I tried making a bracket, so I could simply bolt it on and off, but when I swung the front of the boat around it bent the bracket, so it really needs directly bolted to your frame. Then when it is bolted you can't swing it out of the way when you transport the boat. Your only option is to remove the dolly, which can be done with a single bolt, but sorta a pain. Lastly, I had to install this where my normal jack sits, there really isn't room for both. So I have to unbolt my existing trailer jack. Bolt this one up, then when I actually want to pull it, I have to bolt the original jack back on. It's just not really user friendly at all. I'm using this to move a winter project around the shop, but would never use it in a normal day to day situation. ... show more

  • Bad product
Size: 3600LBS
It’s difficult to mount the second set of wheels, the bolt holes do not line up. The bigger problem is that it does not work, it has been on the charger for 24 hours and has not charged.
