So I usually don’t write a lot of reviews but for this one I’d like to put a few facts out there. 1. This net fence is cheap to buy. 2. The quality isn’t astronomically high but it is a very good build. 3. They include a lot of extras ( stakes, replacement segments of both the hot line and not, brass splicers for repairs, and an electric fence sign. So all in all I am extremely happy with my purchase! The media could not be loaded. I’m not a farmer by any means but this was so easy to do alone an it worked perfect for our backyard. The packaging was mild to moderately damaged upon arrival. Upon opening I experienced a tangled mess that my wife and I tried to untangle for about an hour to no avail. Installation was not even possible, ease of use nonexistent, and maneuverability is also extremely difficult. If I could I would give negative reviews for every category. The media could not be loaded. Works great for my dogs, was able to create several areas with the 1 fence. Poles could be more structurally stiff. Was challenging to get the fence top tight and stakes to hold the bottom of the netting to the ground would be awesome. Only 1 dog figured out he could get under but came back in and learned it was hot. They all respect it now. ... show more

    • Broken Posts with normal use

I purchased two of these to keep animals out of my garden. It wasn't too difficult to set up, but I ended up having to support many of the posts with a T post because the posts snapped off at the footing. So I had the piece in the ground and then the rest of the post leaning over, or laying down if the post next to it had broken. I don't recall how the first one broke, but I can say that they do break easily, and there is no way to fix it. The t posts work, but I also had to use zip ties to hold the fence in place & upright. This also removes the "easy to move" part. I haven't decided if I'm going to put it up this year, I may have to make it a more permanent fixture somewhere else on the property. ... show more

Once I got it set up, it was awesome. But the unboxing and instructions leave much to be desired. Ended up with a tangled mess for an hour until I sorted it out with the help of a few friends. If it was rolled up from one end it would be easier to setup the first time. Possibly change the color of the top cap on the end posts so they are easier to find as well. This is an amazing temporary fence. I'm using it without it even being energized and it's keeping my sheep right where i want them. Makes it easy to move them around to eat the grass in my yard without putting up a permanent fence.
