For what this is, this is great. It's kind of heavy and awkward. If you had a second person just to hold the other handle, that would help in tricky spots. I had no leaks. Worked well. Good alternative for the battery powered pro press.

this tool will be difficult to use in tight places. the extended handle facilitate crimping but also hamper ease of use in tight places. all mechanical feature hence no hydraulic fluid to worry about. When ample working room is available, tool does a clean crimp.

This thing crimps 1/2” pro press fittings easily. I haven’t even needed to use the telescoping arms. I use it to convert from copper to pex and it works like a charm. Very happy with my purchase. You have to have a little bit of clearance all the way around the pipe!

Very nice tool, if you buy the thicker copper pipe you are gonna have to put a light muscle into it, and its a little hard it tight places. but overall makes a nice crimp.
