Hosted a small party at my home and got lots of compliments on these chaffing dishes. A little tricky putting them together and at first they were wobbly until the water/food was placed on top. But it still looked great and did its job.

The item itself is very attractive and looks great when set up. The design is elegant and it serves its intended purpose well. However, the construction feels more delicate than expected, and some parts do not seem very sturdy. Because of this, it may require careful handling and may not hold up well to frequent use. Overall, it’s visually appealing but could benefit from stronger materials. Had not chance but to use it because my event was the next day.

Prior to ordering this product I felt as though I would give it the benefit of the doubt as the reviews were mixed. presentation and assembly not bad. However, I ordered these for Thanksgiving and since I am always hosting and have a huge family. I figured I’d rather use these than constantly buy the reusable stuff which is annoying to clean up. The color of the metal changed color with the first use. The containers that hold the sterniles cannot be re-opened as I feel it melted shut. I literally have sterniles stuck in those containers. One of the trays looks like it has a rainbow on it from the heat. I am so disappointed. This was not worth it. It’s so unfortunate because I had such high hopes. I don’t even know if I can even return these now. They literally arrived a days before Thanksgiving and now I feel like they are ruined.

I ordered 2 sets of 2. Both sets (all 4) chaffing dishes did NOT include the half(4qt) pans as listed. So I missed out on 8 half pans altogether that I paid extra for. First 2 that arrived last week seems flimsy which states tough tools half price on the box. Second 2 that arrived yesterday seems sturdy and more heavy duty which states affordable, reliable, home improvement on the box. An associate did assist me with making things right but it was still very disappointing when you’re counting on having those extra pans for a large event. Other than that assembly was easy. Pans came apart easily. The first set I recieved I just used a piece from the stand to gently release the water pans from each other without damaging any pieces.
