This is a great cat tree with lots of lounging options. It fits adults and kittens. It's good quality and really solid once assembled. this cat tree was more than i was expecting. definitely a 10/10 buy! it doesn’t take up to much space and took about 30 minutes to set up. the quality is amazing and the fabric is super soft. the height is perfect ( we got the 68.5 which is about 5’7” ) It also doesn’t have a weird smell, i’ve had some in the past that smelled weirddd.     • Flow challenges, but sturdy and fun.

This cat tree is fantastic but has one flaw. Perks: y’all, multiple hides and perches, long scratch ramp, steps and shelves Con: the three perches at the top make it challenging for cats, the flow of climbing is interrupted and can be difficult to navigate. Also when going down from the very top, they can’t use the ramp going downward, ever, because it’s too steep from that angle. So my cats usually jump off onto furniture from halfway up/down the tree. They can’t use the baskets as steps. So they go from the top to the middle and then jump off. Going upwards they use the side steps, avoid baskets, and hop up to the second hide box. I removed one of the perches at the top so they had more of a platform to hop/climb up to. Near the second hide box towards the top of the tree, the platform has a cut out to make it easier to go up, but only if you remove the platform just above it. Overall, my cats love this tree and use every inch of it. They just have to find creative ways. The baskets are a good size for the average house cat. And having them at the hight they are at is good for keeping things sturdy. The carpet is soft and pieces were easy to assemble. It all feels sturdy standing on its own, even when cats launch themselves off it to chase a toy. I’d recommend only because I got this tree on a sale for $68. UPDATE: This tree is definitely much smaller than my last one. There is not enough room for either of my cats to sit comfortably on it. It's tall, but very narrow. I don't have exceptionally big cats, so this would not be ideal for anything but small cats. I normally put their food bowls on the tower to avoid the dogs trying to get them, but my cats can't eat on there, there is not enough room! ORIGINAL REVIEW: My husband just put this together, our old cat tree was pretty much clawed up to the point of no return, it was old and needed to be replaced. This was Very simple to put together and only need the Allen Wrench that comes in the box. Very sturdy compared to other cat trees that we have had in the past. ... show more
