very satisfied with this purchase. price was right, easy to put together, all the parts bolt together, thick steel with extra support. My only complaint is that the manual was lousy. You could barely see the diagrams and there were no written directions, so you had to figure were everything went. Aside from that this is a work horse, glad I bought it.

This is the worst wagon I have had. The directions are terrible, they don't make sense. You should have done 2 or 3 things before moving on to the next step, and there are absolutely no directions. You have to go back and do it all over again. This is a 2-3 person job. 5 hours. Needs a battery operated screw driver. Then, once put together very wobbly, you have to go back and tightened every single one of the bolts, at least, 80 or so. Then drive it, then tighten again, then drive it, then tighten again, etc... the worst of it all, with the poor quality and awful experience, I can't return it without taking it apart. Another 2-3 person job and 5 hours of my life. It's absolutely not cool that they are allowed to sell this product. And they should come pick it up assembled, so they see the final outcome.

Assembly took forever, and we had some pre-drilled holes that didn't line up. We tried loading up to the max weight, but would not recommend hauling that much. Maybe a max of 350-500lbs. Paint chips fairly easily. Overall, I think buying a similar item already pre-assembled from Home Depot may have been the way to go. Price wasn't much more (just an additional $50) and bottom of cart appeared a bit sturdier. But after all the time to put together, we simply didn't want to take it apart to send it back.

This has been a good yard cart for me so far. Assembly takes a little time but not more than you'd think. Good tires come with it - I was impressed there. The only problem I have is that they give you these tiny pins to wedge in the axle ends but those are both gone/broken somewhere I'll never find. One of my exterior brass washers was found, but the other is gone somewhere I'll mow over later, which sucks. Better security on the ensure the wheels can be capped on the axle is needed. I have to shop for a better replacement or come up with one on my own now, and that's just not ideal. Update: I'm an idiot. When ordering new "cotter pins" (yes, I looked them up), I realized I've never worked with them before, and I indeed messed up the use of them (as in I didn't bend at least one) and they slid out and that's on me. :) I added a star because it's been a good cart to me so far.
