The jack arrived well packaged. I purchased the 5 ton model. Assembly was fairly simple and quality, fit and finish was good. It came with two separate male air fittings so you can choose the adapter which fits your chuck. It did not include thread tape/sealer which I recommend to avoid air leaks. In addition to my other vehicles I wanted to use this under a late model Hyundai Elantra which is fairly low and was concerned that the jack would not fit. Other reviews and YouTube videos stated a higher minimum height but the jack lowers to the stated 5.5 inches and worked perfectly. You may have to press down on the top of the air bags with the red valve open to get it all the way down initially. I'm happy with the over quality and function especially considering the price which is less than most smaller budget floor jacks. I have a very nice Arcan floor jack but it weights 80 lbs or so and this jack is much easier to maneuver and much faster and easier to operate. I can't comment on longevity but after assembly and the first use, I really like it. As an add-on comment: I designed a two piece handle cover that can be 3D printed and posted it on Thingiverse for those interested. Much more comfortable. Fits perfect and is something that should really come on the jack but for some reason doesn't.

This looks like a nice unit. Haven't needed it yet but looking forward to using it. The build seems fairly sturdy and heavy. We will add a little protection to the control hose that comes out the back, just some split plastic tubing about 3" long will make sure staff doesn't drag it at a low angle and wear it out.

This thing is just the ticket. Lifts my 1 ton diesel with no problem. A little slow on the way back down but it's a nice trade off since it's almost effortless on the way up. A wee bit taller than standard floor jack but it'll fit under my Accord. I would have awarded all 5 stars but I found the handle to be too short. I've since modified that, but if your not a handyman that might be a consideration.

I've been a automotive technician for 35 yrs and I use this at home and I think it's the best tool I've ever purchased period the one thing against it that's it's hard to get under some cars the ones with low profile suspension but those are very few

I watched a video (or ten) about these jacks and decided to give it a try. This jack is VERY cool! It lifts with no effort and saves you having to find clearance for the handle on a standard jack. I have regular jacks and they're great but this one gives you more options.

In order to use this jack I had to run the plastic supply hose through a spring to prevent kicking. The hose was too short to attach as instructions indicated without adding something to prevent it from kicking therefore stopping the flow of air.
