…. no more back strains bending over to bathe in a household conventional tub!!! This tub is fairly easy to put together, the only thing we added was a shower sprayer and rubber mats for the adjustable shelf and cut mats to fit the steps. I can’t believe we didn’t add a pro sink like this before. The quality is equal to the tubs we’ve been using at our local pet supply plus…we LOVE it, truly enjoy giving baths and most importantly our Spoo baby noticeably enjoys her pamper “spa day” time… highly recommend this tub! The product is just OK. Instructions are poor. Worst part is the faucet leaks. I assume there should've been O rings with the faucet. I've asked for replacement O rings and the company response was to go to Home Depot and buy them myself. That's fine if Home Depot had O rings that actually fit. Stay away from this company ... show more

Over all it is a nice looking pet grooming tub. My main goal was to have a real grooming tub that was stainless steel, and so its a pretty tub. But heed the word of other reviews. The accessories are cheap and pretty much worthless. Expect quite a few trips to the hardware store. Fortunately the spouse is a plumber otherwise I do not know how in the world I would have got this thing hooked up and working. It took a plumber 5 trips to the hardware store to get this thing going. The faucet was cheap crap and basically stripped out. I had to spend $110 on a new faucet, which meant having to drill a hole in my beautiful new tub. I have not had the opportunity to test out the sprayer yet, so I will have to update on if that is also cheap crap. One of the back adjustable height screws that hold the tub itself up bent somehow on the first day. I have yet to see if a big dogs can go up the steps. The picture makes it look like the steps have a design that offers traction, my steps are slick flat stainless steel. The magnet for the door could also be stronger and designed a little better than this one. But in all, it’ll get the job done I am hoping! I bought this tub so that I can expand my grooming clientele, so I will update after it has had some uses. ... show more

First off- this is a great dog wash station and my achy back is greatly appreciative. I would 100% buy another if I found myself in need. I simply can't recommend it enough!! It arrived very well packaged in a secure wooden crate and though the crate took some damage, all the parts inside were carefully padded and protected. The main unit was super easy to put together even though the directions were not the best. The plumbing parts were more complicated and less clear. With a basic knowledge of plumbing and a few times having to back-track, I got that figured out. Of Note- 1) There are no castors for rolling the unit as featured in the first picture. The rest of the pics show adjustable rubber feet which is what my unit arrived with. 2) My supplies baggies were missing several small screws, washers and nuts. I contacted the company about this and they said they could ship them from China but it would take several weeks and I'd be better off finding them locally. Not the response I wanted but I had to go to the hardware store anyway and the missing parts were easily purchased. 3) There was no grate or anything for traction on the steps as pictured, and when wet, those steps are SLICK! I purchased a roll of adhesive non-skid tread which fixed the problem. 4) The metal edges of the sliding door are SHARP. Easily filed down which fixed the problem, but this should have been done in the factory. 5) BEWARE the strainer cup!!! I have attached a picture that shows the incomplete punching of the holes in the strainer. This is not easily seen, but was certainly felt during my dog's first bath when I went to swipe the excess dog hair from the strainer. The result was a badly torn index finger that required several very painful stitches in the tip. These edges stick up about 1/4" and are so extremely sharp that I did not initially feel the gashes. Please use caution and check the strainer!! With all that, I am still delighted with the purchase and feel it was completely worth the expense! ... show more

It came in a busted up crate, the drain parts are plastic painted to look like stainless steel. I’m expecting a lot of leaks coming from this unless I go out and purchase different hardware. The nozzle and hose are plastic and are going to be very hard to keep clean. There were no assembly instructions. Looks nice in photos, but honestly it seems like a money grab for what they’re charging. This is a $300-$400 tub MAX. the shipping company they used was useless. I called to set up a delivery and they no-showed twice without so much as a phone call and had me waiting around from 8-5 for them to let me know when they would be arriving. I finally had to call and ask to just meet the driver and bring it home myself, which we did. Save yourself the hassle and order from Flying Pig. ... show more
